But mined coins of amsterdam server, looks like different from mined coins of other us servers... sincerely I am a bit confused...

I hope h2o will come here to the forum, or on his twitter account, to explain us better his progresses in fixing server stability
Yes, this was known for a while. Instead of just waiting for h2o to do something that solves your lack of profitability, simply decide to mine on several servers at once. That way your risk and reward is shared across various servers, and if one falls the rest still provide work.

Or even better, do as I did, start monitoring which server works better and has better payouts and use that. You get to pick the most average or most profitable scenario, with h20 doing nothing to assist in that.

Could we use "quota:" to distribute all our hashing power among different servers (eu, us)?
You don't need to set quota, if you add multiple balance pools they are automatically spread equally. But, yes, you can specify how. How do you know which server is the most profitable?
I hope h2o will come here to the forum, or on his twitter account, to explain us better his progresses in fixing server stability

h2odysee, why is the Amsterdam server never reporting stales? Is it because of my latency or is it because the server does not reject invalid shares at all?

SMOS 1.3 is not very good for the older 7950's. You're better off with SMOS 1.0 with the older CGMiner 3.2.1.  SMOS 1.3 works better for the newer R9 series cards.  In fact a lot of the newer updates like Kalroth's CGMiner fork and SGMiner tend to like the newer R9 280 and 290 cards.  I'd stick with the ancient but working CGMiner versions for the 7950's.

I've got 4 MSI 7950's running between 680 and 710 on SMOS 1.0 with CGminer 3.2.1 using the undervolted .962 bios and Lantis' scrypt bin files:

1. what is SMOS?
2. how are your GPUs @ 40-50C?? how cold is it in that room? lol.

 Cool, like really cool.

http://k-dev.net/cgminer/

You will find information on how to name pools and how to improve your mining performance on the topic and the readme. It's a long effort but worth the rewards.

making some tests, I noted that sometimes all servers, are mining 3 different altcoins at same time...

us servers (both) and asia are mining same altcoin;
amsterdam.middlecoin.com is mining a second altcoin;
eu.middlecoin is mining a third altcoin

other times, all servers are mine same altcoin

Why all the "I'm going to wafflepool" comments.
I did a side by side run and Hashcows beats wafflepool.
If you are going to split miners, you should go there.

I did a little test too and Middlecoin beats easily Wafflepool.
