Can somebody put me straight, At the moment it says based on my hashrate I should probably earn $25-27 a day , Now the price of BTC has fallen quite significantly , Shouldn't we be paid slightly more to account for that ? Or what ?

BCT-USD exchange rates have nothing to do with your middlecoin payout. If the coins middlecoin is mining (atm DOGE and LOT mostly) make gains relative to BTC, your payout will go up. If they drop relative to BTC, your payout will go down.

That's exactly my point thanks

Then why do you mention USD? Altcoin values usually follow BTC values pretty closely, much more closely than they follow USD. If BTC goes down, most Alts go down too, so you will about the same BTC payout.

Because I thought people would understand what I am saying , Obviously I was wrong

Obviously, since nobody seems to understand you. You aren't going to get more or less USD or BTC just because the USD-BTC exchange rate changed. Nothing at middlecoin specifically depends on the USD-BTC rate.

To be fair, it appeared like you were assuming some kind of guaranteed pay rate, and wondering why something/someone magically doesn't account for rises/falls in exchange rates.  I know you didn't mean it that way, but I saw it like that the first time I read it.

I've just noticed that I've been mining and submitting share for the last 24+ hours or more but I'm getting *ZERO* credit.  That's quite upsetting...

Sorry I didn't realise I was speaking in another language , I must be going mad

For what it's worth, I understood what you were asking, and was quite surprised at the fallout Smiley

It is a legitimate question, is there any correlation between BTC-USD and BTC-ALTCOIN exchange rates. From the answers you received, I guess not.

Comment(s) on the incessant whinging over the middlecoin payouts:

1) This pool is mining a huge amount of dubious financial instruments - altcoins, in which it has to dump on ill-liquid exchanges. This is a tough problem.

2) Expect variance in something that has a high rate of return.

3) The ultimate safe, no variance investment is T-bills if you don't want to lose sleep. So if you were to put your $5,000 instead into t-bills, expect about 50 cents a day back.
