if you hold and than the price can be better than the first time it release you will regret, and when you sell but for some weeks or months the price is better than you sold, you will regret. so, what choice you made, never regret.

Thank you for a good example! I try not to go for all the money in any one coin. If you encounter such a situation when to sell and buy another, sell the first 70% in case of the pampas. Accordingly, if the first coin has reached the level that I predicted, then sell at 100%.

I don't think holding stuffs would be effective that much. So selling them with little profit would be good decision. I have done many of mistakes by waiting for making a great profit. Before holding any coin, always have a basic knowledge of their applications. Also their roadmap to know when strategically any new thing will be happening and how active the dev team are. I have been regretting a lot since I bought bitcoin back in late 2013. But I think its better if you can sell some of them not all. You can keep the rest and if it will grow in the future you still have some at least.

I'm really disappointed with myself now because of Verge. Way back June 2017, I bought $200 worth of XVG and I sold it last week a day before the pump happened. It could be worth more than $5k now if I just HODL. Well, I need to move on and learn from this mistakes. This will be a lesson for me to have patience and wait for the right time to sell my coins. The reason why I sold it was because I need more funds to buy another coin. I'm happy with the coin I bought because I can now see that it is now starting to pump. Maybe, I'm just half disappointed every time I'm seeing the current value of Verge. I bought some XVG again and will surely hold it this time. I hope that this experience of mine can be a good example for everyone especially the newbies in this community.

Ah, I feel so nostalgic reading the posts dated December 2017 - everybody was so sure about their investments and didn't even expect the crash we are currently witnessing.
Anyway, now we all have nothing to do but to hold (it is still unclear for how many months) and wait for the market recovery.

I would better rely on myself when to buy / sell or whatever you can do with tokens . I think thats the best thing you can do for yourself . I dont like to watch videos and follow all the calls that the video creator signals . Im always trying to do opposite when there is load of people involved . Ofcourse not all the time , but most of the time And would like to tell that it works pretty well

Actually, those are the two options that people have in this market, we always see news of regret, because people fell prey to the FUD and sold their currency at a price much lower than the market, so it is best to make hodl and wait for the bear market to pass.
