I'm really disappointed with myself now because of Verge. Way back June 2017, I bought $200 worth of XVG and I sold it last week a day before the pump happened. It could be worth more than $5k now if I just HODL. Well, I need to move on and learn from this mistakes. This will be a lesson for me to have patience and wait for the right time to sell my coins. The reason why I sold it was because I need more funds to buy another coin. I'm happy with the coin I bought because I can now see that it is now starting to pump. Many people who experience it just like you, it will arise a very deep feeling of regret, but that already let it pass. So, make it as experience and also learning for you in the future. You made the mistake by selling all of your coins in one go. You should have divided the stash in to a number of portions and set different targets for each of them. That could have avoided some of the losses.

The best strategy is to invest now while most cryptocoins are cheaper now at the market then hodl until it will rise high again at the market. HODL means Gold! Not True Exactly. HOLD is the best way to earn money for the newbies or for those who don't know about trade and who haven't enough time for the trade. HOLD is not for everyone. My 10K USD is now 3K USD, only for HODL! I just hate hodl. Sometimes, you can earn good output by hodling your coins. But the maximum time it is not worthy.

You're not a lone victim of this fate, mate. I have experienced this same sell at low and regret later thing before. I had a coin by the name Zcash Gold that was November last year. I sold it for just $150 and in a month's time the coin was worth $5K. I learnt my lessons then and i'm now a strong advocate of HODL. HODL will works especially when it is for a good coin.

I agree. That is really one of the big factors that leads to any coins to go down drastically due to fear and emotions. We can't control all of the traders in the world. All we have to do is just to wait until that emotions and price stabilize. Don't go with the flow of the majority that where there is a down in prices, they tend to panic and sell even it means that they already losing that trade.
