I think it is much better to trade USD -> cryto in order to gain just a little while the market is down.

Trading those coins would be no issue for me because the price of the coins are cheap now. Holding the coins would be my main goal.

For many people HODL is the only choice for them now because they bought at too high bright. My friends bought bitcoin at highest price, $19k and $20k, i told them sell when it crashed to $17k but they didn't, they don't want to lose and they believe it will increase. What now, they don't have any choice, they can't sell now because the price is too low at $6.5k when they bought at $20k.

Well hodling is one of the most best and effective strategy in investing especially for the beginners, but it requires patience and trust, though we panic in times of crisis but dont sell it hodl it and sell it on the perfect time.

It's choice to either hold or sell, regretting only happens if you lose selling bellow your buying price as far as you make profits no matter how little it is.  Something similar also happens to me with the hydro token, I sell in a weekend and things happen to turn around in the up way making over 900%+ of the price i sell it and I couldn't blame my self for long since I made some profit i don't mind what happens next.
