You can try vaping as an alternative or chewing on some nicotine gum to prevent smoking.

I tried to quit several times.. none of these helped me! But I don't stop trying because I really want to quit!

Some of my friends are vaping to satisfy their smoking habits.  Vaping seems to work.

I swear by the patches you can buy, they're relatively expensive but I had smoked for years and then quit instantly with patches, I guess different products suit people differently though. I didn't smoke at all for years and now I vape haha but that's just because I like it and it tastes good Smiley

you get a dead arm when you first put the patches on but its nothing really, I've also known people who've quit with the gum!

Good luck

Do it gradually. Then if you crave for more smoke, just eat bubblegum. It is really a great help to quit smoking.

You should use another drug, in my country called a pipe tobacco
It is less harmful than cigarettes

I smoked in college life but after quitting college I also quit smoking Smiley, quitting smoking is not easy if you are a chain smoker, however these days we have some good options.

i tried to smoke couple of times in the childhood. So i can call myself ex-smoker. How did i do that? I realised that smoking is simple waste of time and money, and there is no something good in it.

It's also a type of cigarette but it's less toxic, no addictive and you can use it to forget cigarettes.

I quited smoking becoause I work on myselfe and want to cancle my negative habits.
Every time I got up from my bed, my first thought was the cigarette, so my whole life was dependet on them.
I want more and more to clear my mind to be free and do what I have to do without excuses.

Statistically speaking, 10/10 of my friends who used to smoke now vape, but 2/10 of them still get the urge to smoke. So, I'd say you got a good chance of quitting if you try vaping.  Grin

it would be nice yes or not we should be able to adjust to the circumstances around us, if we fall in the atmosphere if the former was willing to smoke Grin Grin

stop smoking is very good for our lives because in addition to good health is also good to reduce our spending a day.
