It is very difficult to quit smoking if you are not really into it. You must be really dedicated in quitting smoking.

Any ex smokers out here? How did you do it??

I swear by the patches you can buy, they're relatively expensive but I had smoked for years and then quit instantly with patches, I guess different products suit people differently though. I didn't smoke at all for years and now I vape haha but that's just because I like it and it tastes good Smiley

you get a dead arm when you first put the patches on but its nothing really, I've also known people who've quit with the gum!

Good luck
wow, that's a very useful tip for me. Actually, I have been addicted to them for a long time, I have no way to get rid of them. Since I am often stressed, my job is really stressful, so I abuse my cigarette more. But from now on I will try your way, hopefully it will help me quit smoking. Again I would like to thank you for your enthusiastic sharing. Wish you have a nice day.

quitting morokok may be tough for long-time addicts, but if there is any intention to quit smoking would be possible.

I am a former smoker, I smoke is almost 15 years, a long time my age.
and I have now quit smoking, it makes me happy.
If you want to quit smoking start with your intention. that is the most important thing, when you start to not smoke within 1 to 2 months maulut always want to eat something.
this is the experience that time i experienced. now i am happy far from the slur

I got friends who were able to quit in one step, they decided didn't want to smoke anymore and just stopped smoking, others who tried months after months and finally were able too... I'm a smoker since 7 years ago and haven't tried stopping however I don't believe I could at this point in my life

NO I will never quit smoking.... because I really don't SMOKE...
Right because it's bad for people's health we do not know what's going to happen so that's why it stops me..

Any ex smokers out here? How did you do it??

make a schedule to start quitting smoking gradually. In this way you will make a good start and also increase your confidence to proceed at the stage to stop smoking completely. a little but sure.

Avoid reasons for our desire to smoke like drinking coffee, alcohol etc. If you can not resist temptation, try to consume more dairy products, fruits and vegetables, as has been shown in the survey that the food will provide an unpleasant taste in smoking.
