dont force yourself to stop smoking quickly, try it slowly, like if you smoke 1pack a day try 15 sticks per day, then 10 then 5, until you can completely stop smoking  Smiley

Quitting smoke is so hard to do but if you really have the challenge or goal that would be not possible.

The quest to quit smoking has proven to be a test of willpower for many. The exercising of willpower does not always mean that one must deprive themselves of external tools. In fact, sometimes willpower means doing what it takes to achieve a task and accomplish one’s goals. If your will power to quit is overpowered by your smoking addictions, it is best you try this.

Non-nicotine Smoking Cessation Medication – Certain prescription medications can be used to aid in quitting smoking. Some of them can even be used along with NRT in order to boost the chances of success. These medications do not contain nicotine, are non-habit-forming and are found to have a slightly higher success rate than NRT. The most popular ones on the market are Bupropion (known by the brand names of Zyban® or Wellbutrin®) and Varenicline (Chantix®).

Smoking is a habit. Though it's a question of mind that determines if one can quit or not.

I do not smoke, I think the way to stop smoking first you have to fight yourself to quit smoking. second you should avoid people who are smoking.

the first 3 days are the worst. after that everything is a lot easier cause you actually overcome the addiction and just have to stick with it (that's probably the hardest part).
