You can try vaping as an alternative or chewing on some nicotine gum to prevent smoking.

Yes, quit smoking to prevent the risk of harm to the body, I think many people will feel uncomfortable when smoking.

Any ex smokers out here? How did you do it??

Take it one day at a time. Don't pressure yourself too much and if you fall off the wagon, get back up and start the next day again. Also, you have to have your mind set to quit smoking. It won't work if you don't really want to. Good luck!

There are many nicotine replacement therapies that the Centers for Disease Control say are doubling your chances of quitting smoking by reducing the desire to smoke and reducing the symptoms of quitting smoking. These drugs compensate for the nicotine that is addictive but not harmful to smoking.

I have never smoked before since it is injurious to one's health. I have inhaled the smoke before making me a passive smoker but I tend to move away from such smokes anytime i encounter one.

Just think of the tar like substance that can accumulate in your lungs due to smoking, and then try.

Choose to spend time with the non-smokers and ex-smokers. They will support your efforts to quit smoking. Use the money you would have spent on smoking to buy yourself something you will enjoy.

Any ex smokers out here? How did you do it??

Hi,

I have been smoking for 11 years.
Started when I was only 13 years old when I got into a bad circle kind of friends who taught me to do so.
Just February this year 2018, I felt being so sickly all the time. I also got some stomach cramps on the right side of my abdomen going all the way to my spinal cord and upper right back hurts and numbs all the time.

I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with Liver Fibrosis which is on the bridge to have a cirrhosis.
I decided to quit smoking right away and never had any withdrawals or anything. I felt really good when I finally get to stop smoking.
Still currently treating my illness and hoping to recover (i hope so).

I strongly believe that if you are really willing to quit, you would never hesitate and you would not have a lot of reasons.

I have proven that withdrawal is just an alibi.
