It is difficult to do a full withdrawal at once,so start by reducing the number of sticks per day till you are able to skip some days.It helps not to have it with you always.

I smoked for a long time, but I took myself in hand. It was difficult, but everything is possible! At first I stopped buying cigarettes, and I only smoked with friends and colleagues, then set myself a goal-1 cigarette a day. later only once a week, and over time it became easy to refuse altogether. It's a habit that you can refuse, you need to believe in yourself.

Quitting smoking is a great thing for everyone, it helps us not affect the health of the smoker itself, but also does not affect the people around.

Berhenti merokok adalah hal yang baik bagi kesehatan semua manusia. Memang tidak mudah bagi perokok aktif, tapi hidup sehat lebih baik. Karna obat sakit sangat mahal 😁

Some seasoned smokers waste part of each and every day hating the fact that they smoke. On the flip side, they relish lighting up with that.

Pray for the Grace of God to help you and again be in love with a lady that is allergic to smoking. Make sure your duty is to love her very well. Keep your ego as a man and and be close to her, gradually you will see yourself out of it.

I was smoking since I am 14 years old and since then I really wanted to quit but stress and peer pressure made me unable to do it. But now I am 25 years old and more concious of my health I am proud to say I am smoke-free for almost 2 years now. I started to quit by transitioning to vape first, less nicotine and less tar that comes with different flavors is a good way to divert my smoking habits. Then I lessen my use of it little by little for atleast 2 years. After vape I also started to do biking so I also have another diversion. After that I felt the improvement of being smoke-free and now I am enjoying the benefits of it. Less expense and more time to do sports. My best tip is to go slow on quitting, it is not an overnight process and also have a diversion.

I quit smoking by replacing it with candies and snacks, always remember that smoking can cause death.

For a smoker, it is very difficult for you to quit this bad habit. Nicotine is not the most addictive, but when you see someone smoking, you can't control the idea that you want to smoke again.

Just think of the tar like substance that can accumulate in your lungs due to smoking, and then try. Cool Cool

I don't smoke. Smoking is not good in our health, it could give you lung cancer due of lots of nicotine you absorb everyday.

I tried to quit smoking 10 years ago. In my youth I smoked heavily. Now I do not like it, but I have to smoke.
