the decision to quit smoking is one decision that depends on TIME to manifest. whats important is the willingness to Quit, when the willingness is there then quiting will only take time, as for me i was a chain smoker and i enjoyed it back then, i smoke more than a packet in a day but when i decided to quit i started by reducing the quantity i consume daily, from more than a packet to half a packet, to 5 sticks to 2 sticks to a stick then eventually, i stopped, this method works but one cannot just stop smoking in a day.

You might be more likely to quit for good if you use a mix of different methods, for example, using both a nicotine patch and gum may be better than a patch alone. othet helpful combinations include behavioral therapy and nicotine replacement therapy; prescription medication with a nicotine replacement therapy patch; and a nicotine replacement therapy patch and nicotine spray. The FDA  hasn't approved using two types of nicotine replacement therapies at the same time, so be sure to talk with your doctor first to see if this is the right approach for you.,

Using a vaporizer worked for me, but by being around other smokers, I tend to get back into it,
right now Im rolling my own instead of buying and its caused me to smoke less

Forget about cutting down, nicotine alternatives and other bullshit.

Read "the easy way to stop smoking" by Allen Carr. Worked for me.

I do not smoke, but if you are smoking, I recommend to remove it right away because smoking is not good for health, just spend money and health. You should leave it, do not rest and do not touch it, instead of sucking you chew candy every time you see cravings for cigarettes.

Smoking I ate it, it is dangerous to the body, I ate people smoking but my advice for those smoke is that they should stop it before it destroys there long any other part of there body.

In my opinion, Saying to quit is easy but once done it is extremely difficult. Because it is difficult to quit smoking.

I have not smoked before but i can help. You can gradually decrease the number of cigarette sticks smoked within a day and eventually stop taking it

Keep the list of your consumption on you at all times. Use it as a reminder any time you are tempted to smoke after your quit day.If you know when you are going to have one, you can be ready to minimise it, and it won't be a problem.
