My father quit smoking after my eldest brother was born. He said that you need to be determine to quit. Don't quit immediately if your long time smoker, reduce your intake day by day until their will be a time you will not crave for it. According to him candy helps him best.

When I was young, smoking was because of curiosity, but now I am growing up. More time, smoking is not just because of smoking, but when I am facing difficulties or hesitation, I will want to smoke very much!

I smoked for 15 years, but after I started a violent cough and shortness of breath, I thought about quitting smoking, my wife helped me a lot, every day she had enough to cough, quit smoking! It was very hard! But it was worth it

A cigarette contains more than 4000 chemicals, many of which are toxic and cause cancer. Smoking cigarettes continuously is the same as accumulating toxins in the body that can adversely affect your health in the future. Quitting smoking is not easy, especially for those of you who have been smoking for years. When deciding to stop smoking, believe me, we will not suffer any loss. On the contrary, so many benefits can be felt after stopping sucking on this deadly roll tobacco.

This is my opinion, First, you have to ask yourself why do you smoke or why did you smoke? If it’s for curiosity, why did you continue? If it’s for fun, do you think you’ll still be having fun when you get ill and probably die? If it’s to cope up for stress, haven’t you ever thought of other alternatives like getting a new hobby or doing something you haven’t done or try to tick off activity or place on your bucket list. When you reflect on all of these factors, it’ll be easier for you to quit.

stop smoking is necessary because cigarettes are not good for the body if smoking every day but it is difficult for those who are addicted to smoking not to smoke anymore like me

I was smoking since I am 14 years old and since then I really wanted to quit but stress and peer pressure made me unable to do it. But now I am 25 years old and more concious of my health I am proud to say I am smoke-free for almost 2 years now. I started to quit by transitioning to vape first, less nicotine and less tar that comes with different flavors is a good way to divert my smoking habits. Then I lessen my use of it little by little for atleast 2 years. After vape I also started to do biking so I also have another diversion. After that I felt the improvement of being smoke-free and now I am enjoying the benefits of it. Less expense and more time to do sports. My best tip is to go slow on quitting, it is not an overnight process and also have a diversion.
