If I were into gambling, I'd wager they'll try to keep their customers wait even longer by giving them "the opportunity" to exchange their 1st gen asic pre-orders for that 2nd gen. Delivered in, say, 2 weeks? 

I read on their forums that a customer didnt even get a response to an email inquiry after two weeks!

After KNCMiner sold out and pre-orders for BFL equipment dried up, they had to do something.

I'm sure BFL has quite a large negative balance with them. Any new orders would not be new money, just paying back refunds.
