Transferring your order to a new 28nm Mining Card will cancel your old order completely. We recommend you keep your existing order and place a new order for the 28nm technology product.
The new technology will not ship until the end of 2013.
Your existing order will arrive much sooner and you can mine with it while you wait for the new technology to be released.

Credit from old order (-10% transfer fee)    $325.80
Subtotal    $4680.00

If I were into gambling, I'd wager they'll try to keep their customers wait even longer by giving them "the opportunity" to exchange their 1st gen asic pre-orders for that 2nd gen. Delivered in, say, 2 weeks?  Grin
I read on their forums that a customer didnt even get a response to an email inquiry after two weeks!  Cheesy Cheesy

After $8 million went to Avalon in 800K of chip sales and only 4000 heavily discounted chips ($200K) were bought from BFL, they had to do something.
After KNCMiner sold out and pre-orders for BFL equipment dried up, they had to do something.

End of 2013 means the long con can continue into the summer of next year!

No credit card option for payment... only BTC and wire x-fer. That's a non starter for me.

Here's another sign, from the bfl forum: "They are only allowing payment with BTC or Wire x-fer. That is a non starter for me."

and of course, all sorts of sock puppets praising about how "We'd have the fastest hashrate on the MARKET" and "This looks liek the gratest d3al evar!!"

I guess BFL was told to stop using PayPal to snare new investors!

I'm sure BFL has quite a large negative balance with them. Any new orders would not be new money, just paying back refunds.

I could be wrong tho.

i doubt most people that have been thrown under the bus for so long waiting on a $149-274 item would be willing to give bfl another $4k+
