Where you find that the softcap is reduced (Link please)? It is still the same like when the ICO start. Softcap is about 60 million GIFcoin.

Hello friend, i don't think it's possible to reduce softcap, from my understanding softcap is the actual amount a project needs to  develop it's proposed features, so reducing the softcap is like reducing the start up capital.

Thats true. If they did not hit the softcap, they have to return the money they got it from investors. However that will not happen in this case as GIFCoin will hit softcap very soon and may also hit hardcap before the ICO closure.

ETH is really going much down and it is actually giving some huge loss for me. Hope that ETH recovers soon but untill it recovers, it is the best chance to get in and invest into such projects because it will surely be profitable ahead.
