Thanks a lot for sharing the video. I am trying to find ICOs with existing working product and GIFcoin is one of them. What I understood is that GIF already have working business/platform called vitalbet and money collected from this ICO will be used to expand existing business.

One could say Gif ICO couldn't have been done in much better time than now or perhaps the ICO was designed to kick start few months before the world cup.
