1) not to disclose information about yourself and your income to anyone. 2) Do not store data by the login passwords on the computer. 3) use an antivirus 4) use firewall 5) Do not install applications from dubious devices.
and it will be more difficult for hackers to clean you up.

Recently Bloomberg posted the information that it took hackers less than 10 years to steal over 14% of all existing Bitcoins and Ethereum from the wallets of their holders. The total sum they have stolen is more than $1,2 billion! How to protect yourself from hackers attacks? Are you afraid of this stuff?

Gotta mitigate risk and detach as much info about cryptosfrom your daily life. People watch social media and you can easily become a target that way as well which i think gets forgotten about too often.

I think it is just natural to be scared of hackers as they might steal your hard earned money or token especially in your virtual wallet.

Sure I am afraid of hackers, I will do anything to avoid them hacking my stuff. We have to be extra careful for doing anything in the internet. Do not enter non secure website especially porn site and don't install suspicious software.

You shouldn’t be afraid of hackers much if you are holding the coins in your wallet. I have been holding my coins in my wallet for few years now and never been hacked. You just need to take some precautions and some common sense when visiting websites. Although if you hold your coins on an exchange then you should be very afraid as exchanges are more likely to get hacked as they are always in the eyes of hackers.

I fully support you, the most important thing is to keep your coins in your purses and pay attention to the security of your computer. In addition to anti-virus software with fresh databases, it is necessary to install updates to all software and the operating system. You eliminate known vulnerabilities and reduce the likelihood of hacking.

Of course, I'm afraid, but who is not afraid of them! ?? in my friend recently robbed all electronic wallets (20 thousand dollars - in the total amount !!!) and how after that are not afraid! I would kill such people. You have to make money, not steal from others! it's not 100-200 dollars, the amount is huge, and what to do after that! I have no idea how to deal with this and how to avoid it!

my opinion is you are helpless when a hacker attacks because if they can hack big companies they can hack your laptops and pc's with ease

Everyone are afraid of hackers most especially simple people who don't know how it works or simply who are not hackers. And the only way to protect ourselves from them is to free our pc to viruses and to don't visit anonymous, untrusted sites and don't download anything either software, apps etc. that can bring harm to your devices.

I am no technical guy but I follow these steps and I believe I am safe: - Keep your windows up to date
- Use a good antivirus and enable real-time protection
- Keep anti-virus up to date
- Do not download anything from un-trusted websites (websites without https)
- if you have downloaded a file from internet always scan it
- keep your computer in your use only
- use strong passphrases for everywhere including (bios & windows log on)
cheers!!

You should be more careful because in browsing there must be a notification that runs like ads or links that are not clear and not easily interested before understanding it, everything will be safe if you keep it as good as possible and remain cautious and get used to become a habit. Make the Key very safe and not easily detected

Of course. Who isn't? Hackers got billions of money thru hacking. If you're not smart enough and doing your transactions safely there might be a chance that your btc account will be hacked.

The main thing is to avoid them by being cautious and when it comes to the cryptoworld, you need to be careful where you give out information that's sensitive, or where you invest or who you trade with.

Some tips to secure your account: 1. Always enable 2 steps verification if available. Many people turn off this feature for the sack of convenient, then they get hacked and blame the security of the website. 2. Never click on a suspicious link. This is repeatedly told by everyone, but never is enough. 3. Don't use the same password for your important account. 4. Change your password frequently. 5. Physical security is recommended.

You know, hackers have stollen billions of dollars from simple debit cards we all hold. It has been our reality since the very first plastic card was emitted by a bank. So it is no surprise that the same things happen to crypto wallets.
There are a lot of people worrying that in the future their money will be hacked, but now technology has grown a lot, and the level of homes on the network has improved, there are many programs or The firewall comes to the bridging of hackers, but it's not yet complete, and there are plenty of holes for hackers to attack.
