I think I will sell it immediately. Some bounty hunters may sell tokens to pay their bills, but maybe that's a small percentage of all participants. That is because we do not know whether it will valuable or not. Others may be eager for altcoin like ethereum, but do not have enough capital to buy it, and do bounty campaigns to earn a little bit of capital. That is why I do not really like bounty rewards. I think when we do a project campaign, we also support it. I only accept bounty payment in the form of btc and eth. And some people do not really want to sell tokens unless they really need the money. I prefer to join bounty with btc and eth as the payment.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

i think we need to see about they product are they have potential to raise up in market and survive or not. so you can make your decision then. if the coin have great potential i think you should hold and maybe you need to hold for a while all bounty rewards.

The sell or hodl strategy, is an individual decision to make. most times, when we try to hodl some bounty tokens after they have been distributed, the price dips and never recovers . now in this scenario, its better to sell if the price is good then buy back lower than just holding like forever and regretting it.

I prefer holding, but sometimes when I urgently need money,I sell a part of my tokens.Unfortunately the prices now is very low, much lower than ico prices,so if I need some money now I have to sell very cheap.

If already on the list in the market then I will see the price first if good enough then I will immediately sell it. I think if I take it too long, the price will go down.

I prefer holding expecially if I believe in the project... but when I have tokens that worth more than 1000$ I usually sell half and hold the rest....

If the price of tokens upon receipt goes up, I think it's better to be sold quickly. Because we do not know when the price decline. If the token can not be sold in the market it is better to grasp it first and wait a few until the token can be sold.

I HODL my bounties because I only participate in bounties that are worth to hodl. Selling tokens of little value immediately is almost useless to me personally, work below minimum wage. Your analysis is correct though, there are a lot of people who sell immediately because in their countries it might be worth a lot more than in others, and for them it does bring food on the table indeed. Which to them obviously is more valuable than to wait.

When you receives your award, I think we need to wait for several months before we can sell it to market unless someone are willing to buy it from you with the ICO price then you are lucky, so you need to hold your token for at least 2 months , as my friend say when I ask him about his first award.

Most ICOs are risingin price after they are listed in exchanges, just take 5-10 strong altcoins and check what happened to them after the initial ICO Launch.

I would recommend to sell 75% and hodl 25% in case of it becoming the next big thing.

I've been doing bounty campaigns only since December 2017.  Not long, in the scheme of things.  But one thing that truly surprised me during the last couple of months is the number of bounty hunters who look to sell their tokens ASAP.  At first, I didn't understand why, but I think I'm beginning to.

For me, I'm doing these bounty campaigns for a bit of fun and to give my mind a bit work to do, creatively speaking.  So my mindset for any bounty tokens is just to HODL and allow the devs to implement their roadmap and take the project through to completion.  I think this will give the best realisation of value on the tokens.  Sure, some may fail and they will likely end up worthless, but since I only invested time, not money, into receiving them, I'm not really worried.

So with that mindset, I struggled to understand why so many people were eager to offload their bounties at the earliest opportunity.

But over the weekend, I sat down and did some calculations on the accumulated bounty rewards I'm expecting to receive.  Each bounty by itself was a modest return, but when combined in totality, it was a sizeable amount.  And that's when it struck me...

Lots of people who live in less fortunate parts of the world, particularly in areas with high unemployment, probably NEED to sell their bounty rewards to put food on the table and pay their bills.

But I really don't know if my assumptions are correct.  So, my question to you is...

Do you sell your Bounty Rewards straight away or HODL?  Any insight into your reasons would be appreciated.

## If this post has been thought provoking for you, I'd really appreciate a bit of Merit in return ##

In my own way of earning profit, i usually sell all my tokens after the end of campaign because i want to use cryptocurrency for my living and i am not good for long term holding.

I think most people support an instant sale. And because of this, there is no other way out, how to sell. Because if you do not have time to sell first, then you will get crumbs, and perhaps nothing at all.

For me It depends on the platform! for sure read the whitepaper and Analyzed it including roadmap in this way you will be able to determine how  the platform will function if there is a possible demand in the future of its product and if you find its good then its worth to Hodl But most of the platform has desame function, like finance, banking etc. but more on utilities like power, fuel etc. this platforms migth have a good future and its worth to Hodl. for those I dont see clear roadmap and less detail on Whitepaper its better to sell.

Selling your bounty or you investment early is like flushing your future income that can drastically change your financial future than the toilet. You lose way more in future profit than miserly present profit.

If I don't think the project has basis I will surely sell the coins, if the project has a basis then I will keep the coins. Needless to say CrowdMachine is a hype project, I won't be relinquishing what I get here anytime soon

The best part of joining a bounty campaign is when your work is finally done and you receive big amounts of rewards token. But not all of the bounty hunter hold their reward coins. We cant really be angry with them cause we dont know that they needed the money badly. But if you dont need much money and you see that the coin reward you are holding has a potential to be a great coin. You really must HODL it!

I do not think that it is necessary to sell tokens received after carrying out and an exit on a stock exchange of the project in which you took part as a bounty hunter. It seems to me that people should have a sense of patience.
