Sell or hold bounty rewards depends of what kind tokens or coins have you got as reward. Generally users get some unpopular tokens that can not be exchanged by any means and through any services.

I am absolutely sure that you need to hold coins, which I hope will get from this project. In any case, you need to hold coins if you want to make big money, and if you constantly sell tokens or coins, then of course you can not earn anything.

I prefer to hold the coins for a couple of months, because very often the price of these coins grows several times.

I don't sell my bounty payments right after I received them. I hold them for a while and let their price move up. I get rid off those tokens that worth less than a $100. Once  sold them, I will buy a few amount of my perspective token. As easy as that, that I make them more useful at the end.

I'll be active when the bull market comes back

Selling tokens immediately is the startest thing to do as a bounty hunter. If you do sell immediately, your other bounty hunters will definitely sell theirs and dump the price. It is therefore good when you sell early and have the opportunity to buy more when the price dumpens.

I've been doing bounty campaigns only since December 2017.  Not long, in the scheme of things.  But one thing that truly surprised me during the last couple of months is the number of bounty hunters who look to sell their tokens ASAP.  At first, I didn't understand why, but I think I'm beginning to.

For me, I'm doing these bounty campaigns for a bit of fun and to give my mind a bit work to do, creatively speaking.  So my mindset for any bounty tokens is just to HODL and allow the devs to implement their roadmap and take the project through to completion.  I think this will give the best realisation of value on the tokens.  Sure, some may fail and they will likely end up worthless, but since I only invested time, not money, into receiving them, I'm not really worried.

So with that mindset, I struggled to understand why so many people were eager to offload their bounties at the earliest opportunity.

But over the weekend, I sat down and did some calculations on the accumulated bounty rewards I'm expecting to receive.  Each bounty by itself was a modest return, but when combined in totality, it was a sizeable amount.  And that's when it struck me...

Lots of people who live in less fortunate parts of the world, particularly in areas with high unemployment, probably NEED to sell their bounty rewards to put food on the table and pay their bills.

But I really don't know if my assumptions are correct.  So, my question to you is...

Do you sell your Bounty Rewards straight away or HODL?  Any insight into your reasons would be appreciated.

For me, i will not sell my bounty tokens, or reward tokens, because i believe the price will pump sooner or later. So do not sell your coins immediately, just wait for the pump and then sell it, i assure you, you will regret that you sell your coins immediately.

Depending on the project. Sometimes a shitcoin gives a big reward and I join up for the amount of tokens received. These kind of bounty rewards, I sell as soon as possible. But I usually join up bounties that would be big in the near future so I usually hodl them all, not doing the half/half thing. If a project is good I keep the reward, if a project is lame but they give big rewards I sell immediately.

I only sell half of the coins. I leave the second half for a long time. For me, this is the best option.

I do not sell received tokens, because I believe that any project that received funding in ICO should develop its business - give it time and then decide whether to sell or not! In addition, I keep tokens of those projects where there is a passive income. Why kill  a chicken carrying golden eggs?

After the ICO when I get the tokens, the price for them falls sharply on the stock exchanges, so I usually keep them in my possession for a long time.

Well, it depends on many factors.
Before you sell or buy something, learn something about it.
Look on MTC (Docacademic) price. Amazing what happened!

It all depends on the token, if you have collected little money, and the prospects are in doubt, then half exactly sell. But often part of the funds sell when the token is listed on a large stock exchange from the top 10

Though many coins reduced when they are  first listed on exchanges, but the best thing to do is to hold so as to avoid the falling in prices of the coins, and in a situation whereby someone is in need of money, one may sell higher percentage of it and leave the rest, they only thing is that you must be ready to bear the risk because it is either the coins value increase or decrease.

At my opinion always better to hold bounty rewards because usually those tokens becoming expensive and you reciving an opportunity to get good money from holding.

One of the most common questions - is it better to hold coins or immediately sell? Personally for me, the choice depends on the specific coin with which you work. If the coin is now worthless and has growth prospects, then it is better to hold.

I'd only hold a portion even if I believed in a project's potential.
However, in the event that the token doesn't get listed in a big exchange following the ICO, I think that it'd be worth waiting for a better exchange listing if it has been announced.

most people who just got to know this forum and follow bonty campaign an ICO made a mistake after a payment for example they just sell their tokens without a second thought when the token is not in the market

I think you should not sell bounty tokens immediately instead of this you should hold coins till some months to taking a huge profit.
