In the actual fact, you have some points but I will start by saying individual approach to bounty rewards from bounty hunting differs. I want to also state clearly that people have different perspective and needs when it comes to what to be done to bounty rewards. In my own opinion, I think people who sell their tokens immediately to settle their bills should not be blamed because there could be an emergency needs to attend to in which selling their tokens is their last option. Although I don't sell my tokens immediately but rather I hold. I will advice that it is better to hold our tokens until the price is favourable in the market before selling if better and greater profit is our expectation.

For me, the bigger profit comes if you put off selling and hodl your token payments instead. Of course, the tokens that are paid to you in exchange of your tasks will not just grow overnight. It will take time. It cannot just find growth out of thin air. The growth of tokens is the result of the project releasing their products and services as indicated in their roadmaps and also the sealed partnerships of the project.

You correctly understood everything. Someone needs money and immediately sells everything as soon as they have earned coins. Someone can keep coins for years! Again, you can wake up in 10 years and realize that your coin is worth several hundred thousand dollars.

if I think we should check the website on ico in the bounty campaign if it has the potential to go up then we better hold it or if it has exceeded the price of ico better we sell as soon as possible, but for a beginner I advise not to hold their altcoin because of this high risk on the subject of thought when you lose your money!

Frankly speaking, I consider most tokens as assets. That preconceived mindset of selling rewards immediately is simply annoying. It shows most people are participating in bounty campaigns not becaause they love the project, but strictly because they want money. Even though you want money from it, I think we should allow time to pass by so that our assets can be of more value by the time we want to sell.

depends on the project itself, if it seems promising to me, then I leave the coin and hold, and if on the contrary I sell

Everyone here makes decisions for themselves. In this case, I usually keep the total reward.

Because the token is usually sold at a very low price. Holding it for a long time will give me more benefit.

Although I love fast money, but I have to think further to be rich.  If I sell all, I will have nothing. There are many successful  people who start with nothing. They didn't have funds, so they have joined Bounty.

Do you sell your Bounty Rewards straight away or HODL?  Any insight into your reasons would be appreciated.

Yes, I sell bounty rewards right away once I received and buy again once it is on its deep. Because some investors will dump the price once it is listed in exchange if they already have the profit compare in ICO price. Additionally, most bounty hunters immediately sell their rewards as well specially those relying their earnings  for their everyday leaving.

Yes it is a good to idea to sell it while it becomes listed because mostly ICOs now when they are get listed in the exchanges they possibly go low because of the holders that already earns a profit but after a few days it is a good time to buy more on which is having a potential to grow continuously due to having a good project that encourages newly investors that increases the demand of it in the market and help the price to rise on its ico price.

I hodl most of the coins that I received as a rewards from the bounties because most of them are potential for long term growth. Before joining a bounty, I usually research the company or ICO that offering the bounty for their product or coin to find if they are legitimate that offer a solid coin. When their reward come, you have the reason to hodl first it because you already knew the coin has a potential.

I think we should hold our tokens. They can be put on the floor and they will be greatly appreciated.

When I make a decision to sell or hold tokens from bounty, first of all I look at the market, if the market is falling, then all tokens will also fall, and if it is growing, then there is a very high chance that the token will show a very good growth

I usually sell half of the token if I get good price and hold the rest when I get handsome amount of token from bounty. In case of few tokens I sell all of them if I see market is good, otherwise I hold.

I think it's better to hold it at least until the price of the reward token you get is equivalent to the ICO price
so you do not feel wasted the time you've spent during the bounty campaign
especially if the duration of the bounty campaign takes more than 2 months

if I think that the project is successful and the coins have growth prospects in the price, then I leave them.

If you sell 70%, then most of the tokens will remain quite tiny amounts. Now I can not decide how to do it right.

I think it depends on whether you need some money immediately or not.
I am a HODLER  Grin
(I also have to keep them for more than 1 year or I have to pay taxes  Roll Eyes)
Maybe some projects will be dead but some will hopefully give a nice reward.

I am always holding for a while. And the results were always good. The price usually drops after the ICO when the bounty hunters are selling. I am usually waiting a month or two.

Probably after selling everything right away after reciving you are losing good money. Tokens from bounties usually rising very fast so always better to hold for a while.
