i will sell immediately if i do not believe in campaign. but if it's the good campaign i am hold little bit maybe.
I agree.  This is the best variant.  If this is a promising company, then it's worth waiting a couple of months.

I've been doing bounty campaigns only since December 2017.  Not long, in the scheme of things.  But one thing that truly surprised me during the last couple of months is the number of bounty hunters who look to sell their tokens ASAP.  At first, I didn't understand why, but I think I'm beginning to.

For me, I'm doing these bounty campaigns for a bit of fun and to give my mind a bit work to do, creatively speaking.  So my mindset for any bounty tokens is just to HODL and allow the devs to implement their roadmap and take the project through to completion.  I think this will give the best realisation of value on the tokens.  Sure, some may fail and they will likely end up worthless, but since I only invested time, not money, into receiving them, I'm not really worried.

So with that mindset, I struggled to understand why so many people were eager to offload their bounties at the earliest opportunity.

But over the weekend, I sat down and did some calculations on the accumulated bounty rewards I'm expecting to receive.  Each bounty by itself was a modest return, but when combined in totality, it was a sizeable amount.  And that's when it struck me...

Lots of people who live in less fortunate parts of the world, particularly in areas with high unemployment, probably NEED to sell their bounty rewards to put food on the table and pay their bills.

But I really don't know if my assumptions are correct.  So, my question to you is...

Do you sell your Bounty Rewards straight away or HODL?  Any insight into your reasons would be appreciated.

## If this post has been thought provoking for you, I'd really appreciate a bit of Merit in return ##

If I received my first bounty rewards, I'll sell It Immediately to convert Into money because nowadays I really need money for necessary purposes.

bounty is very important for investors and project producers. Selling a prize or investing early will largely determine your future income, financial future.

I have a long-established strategy for this. If I'm not sure about the company, I immediately sell 70% of the tokens. If I am confident in the company, I just sell the part that will pay for my time spent on this company, on average 50-90%

I always prefer to keep the crypto as it will grow with time for sure. But of course, if I need some cash immediately to pay my bills then I would have to sell it. So it totally depends on the personal financial situation.

I don't like the idea of selling immediately. I believe that it is better to wait a little bit and see what direction is the project taking. If sell immediately after ICO, you suffer of the price drop that is happening when everybody dump.

Mostly not. I will hold my coins for longer time until it reaches higher price. Commonly, I still receive small bounty rewards because of my rank (for the signature campaign) and some from other campaigns. Therefore, it is better to keep holding them for sure than selling them in the lower price than ICO.

I sell part of the awards at once and leave part in the hope that the price will increase many times.

Just like you, I will also hold my bounty rewards. Selling it at the beginning, it does not support to get great results. So it's much better to hold it first so that the price expands to be higher. Reward from a good ICO will usually have a good development as well. So that more benefits will be gained.

It is often better to hold tokens to get a good profit.  Especially now, when the market has just begun to recover.

It depends on individuals. Sometimes, it pays to HODL and sometimes selling immediately is the best way to earn more or big

If you strongly believe that is a really good project, you should be patient and hold your tokens.

I would recommend you to keep some of your free bounty rewards in long-term storage. Only 25% output, in Fiat, when the price rises strongly and brings you a good profit.

depending on the necessities of life, if I need the money I will soon sell it, but if I do not need the money I will hold it up above the ICO price

we can conclude from the responses of the bounty hunters here that the token result of the prize campaign is better to keep it in order to get a higher price than to sell at the beginning

I think you should hold for little bit more, so that market is stable and altcoin are in power again. There is perfect time to sell your bounty rewards you just need to wait for that moment.

I would hold the tokens only if I believe the project have great potentials and a real product to offer the real world not just ideas and speculations . I try to join as much bounties as possible that seem decent ,but with the aim of selling as soon as they hit an exchange because mostly the price falls after the ICO even with the good projects.
