So even one person at BA seems to have a lot of time for reading and deleting posts. So perhaps this one has a few minutes to tell us how many X1s are 15-20% and how long it will last to send out the next 80-85%.
And why do their reseller's customers get their miners ordered in April before their own customers who ordered in November last year. Why should I have preordered a batch 1 miner early if I have disadvantages against later purchasers?

Well I have asked time and time again, what has BA actually done?  They have told us that the chip was designed by a group at I think it was Versilicon then sent off for manufacturing.  The backplanes had to have other teams come in to fix the issues because BA wasn't competent enough to even do that.  They have outsourced every single other part, so basically, there only job has been to receive units, write software, assemble, and ship.

Now they have said, there are many factories around that they can use to assemble, and yet, this has been a total shit storm as they can't seem to get it right.

Receive parts, it has taken at least 5 different LCD companies and who knows how many companies to get the case designed (still never figured out what happened to the plastic ones).  Then power supplies have had major screw ups, and apparently, now the control board (which I guess they didn't even design) isn't right.  Sure doesn't sound like they got this part right.

Write software...well, look at past posts.  They have continuously said that it will take "x" number of weeks to have whatever piece of software written.  Units ship, and software is buggy, things don't seem to work properly, and the "surprise" which apparently is just being able to daisy chain them together (which is worthless since they didn't tell us this and anyone expecting any number of these units probably already has the infrastructure in place to handle multiple units.), still has not been released.  So they can't even write software in a timely manner.

Ship...Don't even need to write anything here as I think it is pretty self evident they have fallen flat on their asses on this one.

So, that leaves customer service as what they are actually doing.  I think their customer service can pretty much be classified as a joke at this point.  You have a known criminal running this shady operation, and doesn't have anything better to do than counter legitimate questions with nonsense on these forums.

So I would have to say, that everything about BA has been a fail.  They can barely assemble a device, much less a properly working one.  I must agree with Dogie on his "F" rating of this failure of an endeavor.

Oh and BA, you keep asking me to stop and go away.  Well you must not have read my terms when you accepted my order.  They clearly state, that in the event of nondelivery or utter incompetence on the part of the manufacturer, I am entitled to do whatever I want, as long as it doesn't stray from the truth, in calling them out as much as necessary, up until a time that I am either satisfied or paid a bribe of 10 bitcoins.  Now obviously, it is much more cleaner than that, but you get the gist.  So I wish I could go away and forget you stupid asses, but since we both must abide by our ToS, it just doesn't seem like I am able to.

This is 100% correct. This is exactly what happened.

It sucks that we all got duped into buying into this scam when there are other LEGIT companies out there.

I feel the worst for those who had the money to spend on the x3 at the time. I would have been in the boat with them, damn glad i didn't have the funds.

I really hope what transpired here makes its way into court.

We can't grow when we won't criticize ourselves!

For your info, I had bought that over a month ago, before the S3 was even announced. I just reposted the post because BA decided to delete a bunch of my old posts. And I've already returned over 40% of my initial investment. Plus, I have free electricity, so IDGAF about efficiency.

I would like to see someone take legal action against these toddler engineers and management at black arrow. Perhaps that guy who is out 25k? Keep us posted.


I have no doubt that most people can take legal action or petition againsts BA just only with compromised support portal and customers email list.
Since, BA support portal has been compromised, I am sure that someone has access to customers' banking details etc as BA would request customers to provide banking information for refund purpose. This is a huge crisis and corporate negligence in online trading.

Please don't spread theories without having information to back it up. As said before we are very actively investigating this.

Please let me know what information you need for me or us to back up this theory. I will try my best to get this bottom of it as this cannot let go easily.


We also are not letting this go easily, I'm making sure of that. I would like to know why you think our support portal has been compromised and that people have access to banking details. If you have any proof of this I would greatly like to have it so I can add it to the investigation.

This is the evidence that I am referring to as this notice was appeared on BA support section. In general, web site visitors will believe that your web site has compromised.

In addition, I know the fact that BA support does request customer banking details for refund per below.

if you ordered from Minersource please indicated the date you PAID for the order! This April date is most likely the date the order # was changed to the new format,like #68* t0 277*A.  Atomar says he paid on Dec/13/13 and has had his X-1 for weeks. I paid Dec/3/13 was told I would get mine next but now i'm told no there are still people ahead of me.

I paid dec 3rd 2013. But I wouldn't count on them shipping in the order of payment since there are a lot of people who paid later and already got theirs. Maybe it's some conspiracy thing again, but is it possible they ship the X-1's with the cheapest shipping cost first just to keep their cost low? Are there a lot of people outside of the US who received theirs?

We paid for our own shipping so that shouldn't be an issue. Yes some outside U.S. have received X=1s,UK and Spain that i know of. Did you get a tracking # yet?

Didn't get any tracking # yet, they even told me three days ago the following:

"We have done our best in a challenging situation to deliver your order as quickly as possible, and are pleased to report that your shipment will be released for delivery between in the next 1-3 weeks."

So I guess it could still be three weeks here....

As long as you did get moved over and have that A on your order you should be fine,BUT did you contact them and ask for the LCD? if you did your order was propably held back until they arrived with LCD. I asked a couple weeks ago for the LCD to be "included if available",reply was simply "noted". then I seen Atomars post,when I asked MS what was going on the said "you asked for your order to be held",when I corrected them on that i was told on july/31 "We have amended your request, your unit will be the next unit to ship out." yesterday  "I am not sure why Thomas told you that you are the next to go out, as there are still a couple orders ahead of you by paid date"   I asked when the next shipment should be and showed him Atomars post,no responce,yet
