All I know is it is pissing me off seeing BTC triple in value when a huge % of my bitcoin is tied up in this company and no machines are being produced AND there's no hope of share value recouping for the foreseeable future.

Selling your coins now if you could might be a big mistake. I prefer a few coins every month as dividend while keeping my shares. Not sure what BTC could be worth after 6 months but I bet it is a lot more then now.

Well that's how this whole thing was SUPPOSED to work, but it hasn't exactly turned out that way...

I just pray that in 6 months this will all be a distant memory, as our 0.01 BTC shares are pumping out a consistent supply of healthy dividends, and bitcoin itself is at $1000.

Is that too much ask?!   Cheesy

Well that is a gamble for all invested in ActM, but now that the BTC price is rising and Ken is testing and adding 'unknown' hashpower it could be a very good bet. Just wait and see but don't think it is a quick rich scheme, this is a long term investment and Ken seems to have the same approach.

What problems could they really be having? eASIC knows how to make ASICs... the only thing that would make this not work is if the hash generating logic was wrong.

Who said there were problems? Last time I checked we were on schedule.

Might want to fix your watch/calender

I'd like to see your "functioning" watch/calender.

Just like the rest of the lazy ass shareholders on here I have to do the work for you.

NRE Stated as Funded - July 20th, 2013
Quote from: kslaughter link=topic=252531.msg2769407#msg2769407
The NRE, which I believe is the most important and most critical, to the success of the project has been funded. This is a great time for the company and all of its shareholders.

+ 9 Weeks (Chip Samples)
  • Chip samples delivered in 9 weeks;
Saturday, September 21, 2013

+ 12 Weeks (Low Volume Production)
  • Low-volume chip production starting in 12 weeks, using an e-beam process;
Saturday, October 12, 2013

+ 16 - 18 Weeks
  • Normal volume chip production starting in 16-18 weeks.
Saturday, November 9, 2013 - Saturday, November 23, 2013

You base your "functioning" calendar off of the assumption that the copy/pasted eASIC timeline starts when Ken posts? Ken has not specified when that "9 weeks" starts.

Examples of laziness below:

Speaking of business plan...

You stated this:

What are the current plans for chip development?
ActiveMining is developing a 28nm Bitcoin mining chip using eASIC.
  • Chip samples delivered in 9 weeks;
  • Low-volume chip production starting in 12 weeks, using an e-beam process;
  • Normal volume chip production starting in 16-18 weeks.

Does this timeline start at the completion of the NRE payment?

No

Does this timeline start at the time of the post?

No

25,000 - 641 = 24,359 = 10,000,000 / 24,359 = 0.0024359 Bitcoin per share.

About 97.5% of the dividend is remaining.

The advantage of easic is supposedly cheap and fast chips once the first run completes.

Ken can pay back the ipo coins with just 70 days of being 10% of the network.

Now the question is: how quickly and cheaply can ken get thise chips mounted and hashing in the garage and is he going to kill us by wasting time and money pursuing the sales side of this beast.

Let's not forget that there were a couple of weeks between the completion of NRE funding (July 20th) and the payment of the NRE, as BTC had to be converted to fiat.

What deadline are we waiting for? Time / Date please .

All shares on Bitfunder should be transfered to AMC-TENDER within the next few days.

Instead of posting a question on this, which took you 30seconds and then waiting 3hours for a reply, you could have had a look at Ken's post page/Official ACtM post page and found the announcement a few posts down. That would have taken you about a minute.

It's Friday kids. That means EVERYONE on BITFUNDER now has SIX days to tender their shares before the CUT-OFF DATE.

This is how you do that

Log in to BF.
Go to the 'Transfer' page.
Select 'ActiveMining' shares.
Select amount - (all your shares)
Input AMC-TENDER into Username box
Click TRANSFER.

Before you do that, go to the 'Settings' page and make sure your 'Public Bitcoin Address' is one that you can sign from -  eg a Blockchain Wallet- https://blockchain.info/wallet

Take a screenshot of your tender confirmation page and save it. You do not need to email or PM Ken. You may be asked at some point in the future to sign from your wallet address (with your Bitfunder name) to prove you are the owner of that address.

Easy enough?
