I spoke with Havelock, they are no longer interested in listing pass through shares. If Ken wanted to be on Havelock he would have to issue full shares himself. In this way he could have direct shares and shares on Havelock, but unfortunately we will never be able to issue pass through shares on Havelock without having to involve Ken.

This is obviously a new policy since the panama fund thing happened, because they still have a Labcoin pass through on their exchange.

EDIT: This has nothing at all to-do with ActiveMining, its a new policy for all new securities. And like I said Ken could issue shares on Havelock like he did on CryptoStocks, Btct, Bitfunder, etc... but he would have to be involved. I prefered the idea that Havelock would accept a pass through so Ken could be freed from this share movement crap the exchanges keep putting us through.

I rather go with Master Coins or Colored Coins than a legacy trading platform like Havelock

Unfortunately neither of those is close to a final release. Havelock is all we have right now.

I forgot to add that I rather wait until one of those, that I previously mentioned, is operational than to use a legacy platform.

That is correct, we are just holding the shares until we have a solution, then we will announce the procedure for transferring the shares.

Will we be getting any dividends while you hold the shares? (Weren't we supposed to receive dividends yesterday to our public bitcoin address?)

The dividends are being accumulated on all the shares in AMC-TENDER.  This is why the dividends have been suspended until we get all the shares into AMC-TENDER, so that everyone receives their dividends.  After we have a solution for the trading of our shares, be that "Direct Shares", "Pass-Through-Shares", or "Listed Shares" we will distribute the accumulated dividends.

So are we waiting until Dec 2 when bitfunder pushes the remaining shares to you or do you have a plan to execute the transfer before then. You could savea lot of time by simply freezing the asset and downloading the asset list. Bitfunder is dead officially now. You have better things to do than prod people to transfer. This is easy Ken.

You hurting for some dust dividends?

It doesn't matter if he does it now or then. Maybe Ukyo is providing him with more information than is normally provided come Dec 2nd.

You've waited this long, what's 3-4 more weeks™

He's using this situation as a tool to justify a failed company.. "I'm sorry this has been such a disaster, my time was focused too much on transferring shares and not enough time on our actual operation.  Shit, sorry guys.."

What for? The eAsic deal has been paid...

I wish I could come in this thread and say that Crumbs is the only one acting like a child with his pictures and internet slang but sadly I come in here to the pitter patter of shareholders that can't stomach their own decisions.

As said multiple times now, Enjoy the Ride and stop the bickering if at all possible.

A new chip design means nothing.. Ken is obviously failing at this business but he wants to find excuses so that he can shed responsibility

That's right is it? So Ken orchestrated the SEC investigation and contact with the exchanges and the BF shut-down?

Tell you what, if he can do that he can do anything - this company is in the hands of a genius.

Just put VE on ignore... he never has anything constructive to say. He's just an inflammatory troll and his posts will be deleted once Ken sees them.
