I suggest Ken distribute the dividends to those who have completed the shares transfer, so the shareholder can confirm their shares even the dividends is just some satoshi.
yes,i think this is a good idea, just send once,so we can know our bitcoin address is right or wrong.

Good idea; however, I will have to wait until the deadline, so that everyone receives their dividends.

hashslow is already announcing delays, so give it up already
We know one share of IceDrill is worth 12MH/sec in mid- NovDec at earliest. With No Miner ProtectionWe don't know how many MH/sec a share of ACTM represents, nor when it will be online. You can redeem 120,000 shares of IceDrill for a 1.2TH Sierra with mid- NovDec delivery at earliest. With No Miner ProtectionYou can't redeem 120,000 shares of ACTM for any amount of ASIC, with or without mid-Nov delivery. FTFY Always bet on Ice™ lol.... HashFast Production UpdateWe want to update our customers on the progress of our machine production. Producing a rig as powerful as the Baby Jet or Sierra requires coordination with a host of fabricators and designers — like the machines themselves, it's a lot of moving parts, and fluid timelines. This is the situation: Silicon Wafer Fabbed Out SuccessfullyThe silicon wafers have completed fabrication. The silicon is the core of the chip, and the complicated etching process that creates the circuitry on the silicon is finished. Now the process is starting of taking this silicon, with its complete circuits, and packaging it into finished chips. The wafers are en route to San Jose, where they will be cut into individual die. We’ll get photos for you soon. Substrate UpdateWhen we designed our substrates, we knew they'd be one of the most unpredictable segments of the chip's production. Substrate production has a lot of risk — at high power, a substrate can overheat, causing a rig to underperform. While rerunning simulations in Cadence, we saw some concerning currents in some of the vias in the substrate. In order to address that, we've been working closely - every day - with both our substrate designers and our manufacturing house. We’ve made key improvements to the design that can be incorporated even into those substrates that are already in manufacturing. Even so, the latest delivery estimates for the modified, improved substrate design are three weeks from today. This means that we would be shipping our first rigs mid-December. Obviously this is an incredible concern to us, and to you. So for the last several weeks, we've been engaged with an additional team to work on an additional substrate, simultaneous with our existing fabricator. Essentially, we now have two teams racing to produce the best and fastest substrate. As soon as that is done, we'll marry the substrates to the finished wafer and begin assembly of the rigs. Miner Protection ProgramFor those of you covered under the Miner Protection Program™ ( https://hashfast.com/miner-protection-program/), this delay will not affect the starting point from which benefits are calculated. For First Batch Baby Jets, the start date of the program will be retroactive to October 30th. We want to make sure a delayed ship date does not reduce the value of the program. A lot of smart, hardworking people are working incredibly long hours to improve our production schedule. If we are able to ship rigs sooner than expected, we'll do so. And, of course, we'll let you know as we receive further information from our production line. - The HashFast Team There is no way on God's Earth that they will be shipping ANYTHING this year, apart from Christmas cards. I hope it's a funny cat one for bALLBEAKER/mumble. MEOW. *lolzy lolz*

Ukyo is manually processing withdraw requests, right now from about 2 weeks ago. He is promising to catch up.

Haven't got time to check right now but I think you are factually incorrect on both counts.
Oh and a CEO is not responsible for share price speculation you muppet.
+1 I suggest Ken distribute the dividends to those who have completed the shares transfer, so the shareholder can confirm their shares even the dividends is just some satoshi.
Nice idea, but this would mean a lot more work (unnecessary). Best is to do this all at once, less hassle this way

Just a short note regarding dividend and how much that is "left" of the 0.0025XBT/share to pay for ActM.
I just summarized all dividends payed out by ActM so far, and it ended up with 0.00005793XBT. So, out of his 0.0025 XBT to pay in dividend to the 10,000,000 investor shares, ActM still has to pay out 97,7% of that amount. Or 0.00244207XBT to be exact.
I got the numbers from summarizing all dividend payouts from bitfunder. I'd be glad if someone can confirm my numbers.

Sure I will give this one a go: Total dividends owed on 10,000,000 shares before Ken can receive dividends on the remaining shares. Total dividend is 0.0025 X 10,000,000 = 25,000 Bitcoin to pay out. Bitcoin paid out = 641 Bitcoin. 25,000 - 641 = 24,359 = 10,000,000 / 24,359 = 0.0024359 Bitcoin per share. About 97.5% of the dividend is remaining. Also remember if all the dividend gets paid the dividends drop by 60% not 100%, so we still make a dividend. Also consider when we get to that point it means the miners and business model works and its likely the dividends will keep flowing.

Yah, my AI database for translation from ASIC manufacture PR speak is translating that as "We were wayyy overconfident, problems are happening that we only have a faint clue how to deal with, we're throwing duct tape, bailing wire and crazy glue at it and hoping for the best, we'll claim delivery will only be delayed "two weeks" so we don't have to deal with the pitchforks and torches rabble, while we sort this mess out, but I think we'd have to commit seppuku if delayed until April."

Announcement Due to Bitfunder closing down, we are extending the deadline to transfer shares to AMC-TENDER until November 13th, 2013. At this time all shareholders should follow the procedure for transferring shares to AMC-TENDER. Dividends which are due to be paid tomorrow will be suspended until we have the share problem solved. We will be creating Pass-Through shares on a yet undetermined exchange for our shareholders. After the Pass-Through is created, we will pay the suspended dividends. Active Mining Corporation (Belize) Regarding above. I can't seem to find the original post with instructions regarding sending an e-mail or signing a message with a bitcoin address after tendering. Could someone please post a link to the exact post with instructions? I could find it here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1707;sa=showPosts;start=0 either.

No email needed, and you do not need to sign until Ken requires it at a later date. Just make sure you transfer to AMC-TENDER and have full control of your address on bitfunder (the public address)

Hashfast DEBACLE!
You know, some person on here who regularly screams like a baby for attention has paid as estimated 11k USD for a HashSLOW mining machine that is now, well, subject to an open-ended DELAY. Yes 11kUSD. That's not at todays BTC exchange rate, that was a real 11k of FIAT that was put into IceDrill and swapped out for a HashSLOW miner order.
I don't wish to gloat but, ACtM GUYS, this muppet sunk 15 thousand USD into IceDrill and currently has:
'4k' worth of shares in IceDrill currently worth $400 And an order for a mining machine that MAY arrive in 8weeks time, it may not.
He has turned 15k into 400bucks of shares he can't even sell as no-one wants them.
A few months from now I think we should do some ACtM merch. Base ball hats, long-sleeve tops the lot. One of those shirts should definitely have on it the legend that is:
ALWAYS BET ON ICE..... LOLZ!

What problems could they really be having? eASIC knows how to make ASICs... the only thing that would make this not work is if the hash generating logic was wrong.

All I know is it is pissing me off seeing BTC triple in value when a huge % of my bitcoin is tied up in this company and no machines are being produced AND there's no hope of share value recouping for the foreseeable future.
