Is there Anyway for a US resident To Buy Shares OF ActiveMining right now and how much are they going for?
Cryptostocks or Bitfunder with a VPN based out of Europe (and clear cache/cookies). I've never had to clear cache/cookies when using my vpn on bitfunder to buy. Can't hurt though right?

So today or tomorrow we are expecting a financial report.
I am also hoping we get the prototype in the next 2 days too.

So, only 20,000 shares to be sold and the price is up to 0.0009
I'm no expert on share price analysis and wonder what others think about how losing our US cousins will affect the market.
It seem as though at least 70% of the major shareholders with over 100,000 shares are still holding on Bitfunder.
Are they all non Americans? Are they using vpns? Does the expected lack of liquidity drive up the prices having created less supply and more demand?
My amateur analysis is the reason why, yesterday, I speculated that the share price will shoot up to 0.004 on a positive news update from Ken.

I hold over 100,000 and reside outside of the great free USA.
I hope that the loss of the American shareholders does not take too much liquidity out because less liquidity means lower price. (This is from my experience even if you think that is counter intuitive.)

If Ken says the prototypes are mining at 100TH/s and we have ordered the first proper run that will put us over 1,000TH/s in December then perhaps the price will rise to 0.004

for those interested and for what it's worth, Ken responded to some PM's of mine. it does not appear to be sensitive or information which i wouldnt be allowed to share. thank you for answering about the deleted post. what about the further communication, answers to questions, details on how ACtM has planned for handling assembly/testing/support/shipping/etc?
We have all of the above covered.
...I'd still have a decent-sized investment this company had Bitfunder not screwed us Americans. i wasnt about to sit there and potentially lose all of my investment. I cashed out of all my stocks on there (ASICMiner, Icedrill, ActiveMining, and several others). I do think this company has some potential, but without any real info from you or someone qualified to speak on the company's behalf it really damages the image and confidence. I've run a successful computer company for many years now and know that even basic communication, even if it's just saying "i dont know", works wonders for my clients' confidence, satisfaction, and repeat business.
Talking one on one with a client is a little different that talking in an open forum. if nothing comes of this PM then oh well. i only have 10 shares of ActiveMining (on cryptostocks). no big loss for me. i know you have much more to gain than anyone. i'm just concerned you dont have enough to lose, and that's why we get no info.
i know you are on this forum a lot. i hope to hear back from you soon.
I have a lot to lose, a failure of this business would devastating to me. I am doing everything in my power under the current conditions (Difficulty) to make this successful for my customers and investors.

For all eASIC's talk of speed they sure take their time. The plus point of eASIC is once the prototypes are approved, ordering more chips at speed is the advantage we gain. I just hope its enough to offset the competition and incredible difficulty rises.

With a significant enough advantage in speed one could theoretically catch up to any competitor if it had the capital to continue reinvesting into chip batches, and eventually pass them.

Question: If I transfer all of my shares to AMC-Tender, and Ken makes an announcement that shoots the price up in the next few days, I'm guessing there will be no way possible to sell any shares, correct? I see that we are currently listed on CryptoStocks. Is there any reason that I could not just transfer my shares over to there? Should I sell not on BF and attempt to re-buy on CS? I'm so confused.

We can only become the most efficient if eASIC have a full custom ASIC option. Without being full custom we will not be most efficient. However in absolute terms yeah, eASIC may allow us to just keep ordering huge amounts of chips and gaining network share. R&D would have to be ongoing so that eASIC will design better and better chips for us.

I'm so confused. 1 - If the shares shoot up and you returned them to Ken for looking after, then you can no longer take advantage of market swings. 2 - Cryptostocks have very little shares, if there is enough over there then it might be an idea, but remember low volume markets are terrible. I think Cryptostocks have 50,000 shares of ActM in total. 2.1 - Also Cryptostocks are more expensive so that you will lose money selling here and buying over there. 2.2 - At the moment there is no way to move shares directly over to Cryptostocks. 2.3 - If you want to hold ActM and you are from the USA, the best thing to do is give them to Ken and hope he gets a better solution up and running fast.

You can certainly transfer your shares after November 1st, however holding afterwards would be a bit pointless perhaps? I'm not sure as I'm not in your position. Also Ken wants all transfers done before 6th November, so keep that in mind.
