I think its pretty normal that Asic-Projects have delays. But i dont understand why you dont communicate anything regarding the project. I mean do you have to pay a fine when you say something? I mean you understand why people are emotional when appointments arent met and the issuer isnt communicating about that? Too many bad things happened with this behaviour.

What happens if you leak information that's under NDA? Breach of contract, eASIC can cancel the arrangement all together, and file a lawsuit. It's not a game.

I know what would happen. But an NDA that does not allow anything? Shareholders have to be kept in the dark? I really dont see why thats needed. I eASIC really demands such an NDA i wouldnt like to make business with them. Thats not business friendly at all. Do they fear anyone reads that they made an error or what?

Mate, the only reason I'm doing any of this and happy to put myself in the firing line is because unlike yourself and others, I won't sit idly by and allow people to actively sabotage my investment. 

If you believe that anyone in this thread can "sabotage" this investment then you have bigger worries. Any investment that fragile is doomed to fail.

That makes no sense.. I sacrificed $5000 at the time for about a $10,000 increase in my portfolio value.  It was an awesome move actually.  For me to purchase 40,000 shares @ .0006 would have required me to know that the share price would plummet, which means I would have had to sell it all at .005, and jump back in at this very moment.. I would need some pretty intense psychic abilities to pull that one off.  It turns out that selling most of my shares at around IPO price was the BEST move I could make at the time, as I was getting WAY TOO MANY bad vibes from Ken.  I made a better move than you did, actually, because you are still holding all your shares you started with, and still praising Ken as if he is some kind of genius with hidden aces up his sleeve.  

I knew it was a lovers tiff!  VE was banging Ken for some free hashing.  He's still got a hardon and it's pointing straight at Ken!
