I've had a few activemining loyalists messaging me lately with something along the lines of "Hey I don't want to say it out loud in the thread, but I completely agree with you sometimes!"

HE didn't pay anything.  That was OUR million dollars, which he can easily dispose of so that he can "legitimately" embezzle a smaller portion of that.  I don't know why that's so hard to understand.. the amount of the NRE has nothing to do with it if it wasn't his own..

You really are completely and utterly INSANE aren't you.

So he had a MILLION DOLLARS which he paid to eASIC. And since then he's asked us for exactly ZERO money. Despite having 15Million shares that he could have listed at .007 or even .0025 he hasn't sold a single one.

OK so what next? Oh YES - he's taken online orders which are all traceable through real-world payment agencies, which he has fully catalogued in the sales figures, and which customers have receipts for.

OK PLEASE go to bed. You have spent all day embarrassing yourself and it's really not getting any better.

 Cheesy

You still don't get it.  Time will come when he simply refunds the customers because it has been too long.  After refunding the customers, he has still made himself money through "expenses".

This IS the only way things will happen because I KNOW LabKen very well and he is completely incapable of making any of this work.  He is a sleazy piece of shit who has no problem flushing a million dollars of OUR money down the drain so that he can have a few hundred thousand to himself.

Did you ever see his business profile?  He has started up previous companies with a similar strategy, mostly web hosting.

Holy crap, I've played Counterstrike matches with angry 12 yearolds that didn't moan and cry anywhere near as much as some of the users in this thread, you should be embarrassed of yourselves for turning a relevant discussion thread into an almost consistently off-topic flame war.

It's a shame because some of you sound like you could actually provide valuable insight if you weren't so busy flexing your e-dicks. What's worse is it's the vocal (and now ignored) minority that are ruining it for the rest of us, please re-consider if bitching at each other is a valuable use of yours, and everyone that has to read your crap's, time.

Thanks.  Roll Eyes

Yeah I very diligently looked into that (no issues) and found his home address and saw his picture before you turned up on this thread if I remember correctly. I also contacted someone in Springfield to check out the activity at the business premisses before I invested.

So you really think he would take 26k of computer equipment and 20k in wages (after 6months work!)  rather than use the pre-order money now to order chips and make several million in miner sales in a months time?

You think anyone would do that? Would YOU?!

Can you even be sensible for a minute or is this personal grudge you have going to drag you down even more into absurdity? It's really pathetic, you must be very young.

This whole page shows up as 'ignored' for me. You're the only post I can actually see. Including the two that have been posted after I tried to submit this the first time...

Go outside people, there's a real world out there. Not much will happen in these threads, and it can only be good news, so there's not much to worry about. We don't have our shares, it's not like we could sell if we even wanted. Take a walk. Go get icecream with some of the satoshi dust we've gotten. Mcdonald's still gives out free kiddie cones!

Ken has much more to gain by just getting these chips running than going through all the stuff to get the chips developed than to just take a few hundred thousand.

I just don't see what the big deal is about producing these miners. You get someone who can make the hash logic work, you get someone who can make ASICs (eASIC), you get someone who can build the boards. Done. Its not like you are building a damn laptop or something. This thing does one calculation over and over again.

As long as you know who can do those things and can pay them, what is the hold-up? It would be dumb to put in all the work to establish the capital, workout the ASIC contract and then not make the rest happen.

Lets face it, if Ken was trying to cook the books he would have paid himself 80k over the past 3months not 20k. And he wouldn't have left over 150k in cashflow lying around he would have used that up in 'expenses'.

And he would have 'spent' 50k on lawyers fees not 7.5k. None of this conspiracy theory makes sense - except to VE perhaps. The man with a massive personal grudge.

EDIT - and under 'automobile expense's instead of $75 it would be $25,000 for a new car as his old one was unfit for purpose. You see how it would have gone if VE was right. He couldn't be more wrong.

I'm not talking about 26k.  Remember when we thought the NRE was paid and he put up another sell wall to cover "engineering costs"?  Where did that go in the report?  I don't see it...probably because engineering costs refer to his own salary

Shouldn't there be some sort of payments to whoever is designing the boards for the chips? That should be a sizeable amount of money - say $50k-$100k.

Good question, there is the eASIC payment-

Prepaid NRE -912,005.00

plus there are these two under Profit and Loss/Expenses-

NRE Expense 10,275.42
Manufacturing Parts 3,510.86

So 14k would seem enough for a decent supply of boards. Remember this is 6weeks old, so there will have been more boards ordered since then.

EDIT - Having said that NRE - so it would be a one-off so couldn't be part of a larger run of boards. Must have been a payment to eASIC for a sample run of chips?

His salary is there in black and white. It's 20k over 3 months. If you were right it would have been at least 80k. Now grow up.

You still didn't address my concern about the "engineering costs".  I'm very certain that Ken paid himself more than 20k over 3 months.

If he hid his wages under 'engineering costs' he would be committing fraud - which would be in black and white and easily traceable. But if he just paid himself 80k he wouldn't be comiting fraud and we couldn't question it. So WHY would he bother hiding it?

Keep trying.
