if we fail on our promise to deliver by November then why hold on?

As I said to you before EVERY mining business has unforseen delays. Every major project has that possibility from building a house to an Olympic Park. Why do you think we would be any different and why do you think that makes Ken a liar?

My fees for teletherapy are way beyond what this fellow could afford. I only accept bitcoin, and charge .25 BTC per 50 minutes.

In any case, we are all friends here in the thread, aren't we? And there are ethical issues regarding friends as patients.

Think of Bitcoin as a cargo cult, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cargo_cult
Lord Satoshi as Emissary from God.
And Ken Slaughter as a Priest of Lord Satoshi.

Do you not have faith that Ken will deliver?

Ok, I'm getting a bit concerned.

Was burned by Labcoin pretty bad, and now ACTM isn't paying out dividends, the volume of trade on cryptostocks is a joke, and no official word.

Am I mistaken in thinking we are past the deadline that accumulated divs should have been paid out?

Do you guys have an IRC channel somewhere?

Lorenzo is ready to council you @ #activemining

Just to remind people, all that money we have taken from customers will have to be refunded in 11 days if Ken cannot send them their miners. Remember Ken did say they will get a refund.

This post is confirmation that drawingthefud is and always has been a troll.

I called it ages ago but my humanity gave him a second chance.

Ken said this!!!!!!!! Give me a second to find that actual post!

I can see why it could be interpreted that I was accusing you of lying. In reality, my post was to accuse you of being a troll and the timing of your post only confirmed my suspicions.  The constant barrage of fud that comes from you has only intensified now you accept you have been outed.

And do not pm me again.

I asked Ken via PM whether there would still be a big announcement by the end of November. He said yes.

Could you quite your whining now?

Ken also said that on here a week ago. DTS will still whine. I've told DTS in several PM's what the situation is and he pretends to be reassured then comes on here and says the same old things.

Troll Alert.

I have several questions regarding my order with you.

1) I noticed that you founded a company called "Virtual Mining" last year in Missouri, which was later closed by the authorities (https://www.sos.mo.gov/BusinessEntity/soskb/Corp.asp?3322736). Now there is another "Virtual Mining" company registered in Delaware, which also operates in Missouri, but with a different name (BTC Mining Corporation). Can you please shed some light on this, in particular why the authorities shut down your former "Virtual Mining" company?

Did not pay the required fee, as I did not need that company any longer.  Yes, since we are operating in Missouri, we had to file as a foreign corporation, but could not use the Virtual Mining name as it is taken.

Quote
2) On you website you state that "Fast-Hash" and "Gold Rush" are trademarks of your company. However, when checking with the US Patent and Trademark Office (http://www.uspto.gov/trademarks/) I did not find any such trademarks registered by "Virtual Mining Corporation". Can you elaborate on this?

You get a Trademark by using it, then you can registered it at the uspto.gov, then it becomes a registered trademark.

Quote
3) What happens if you cannot deliver my miner by October/November as stated on your website? Will I get a refund in this case?

Yes, we will give refunds if we can not deliver on time.

Note question 3.

I am not a troll. In 11 days all customer money is refunded.

You are correct, in 11 days customers will be able to get refunds if they want. Ken has all of the preorder money, and it will not be a problem. However, now that mining is much more profitable, I'm guessing that they won't unless they payed in bitcoin.

Also, there's no reason to believe that the miners won't be ready in the next 11 days either. Frankly, we don't know.

What we do know is that Ken usually gives us big news without any lead up and that he said there will be announcements this month.

Everyone, relax. Even if you wanted to do anything, you can't. Just accept that and go on a walk.

Crickets? Is that a new type of crypto currency?

Are crickets scrypt of SHA 256?

MY price to you for a single lot of all my shares is 1014 bitcoin.

If all these optimistic shareholders really believed in the company they would take you up on your offer.

Instead you get crickets.

I am not trolling! I just can't see how we are ever getting our Bitcoin back as it rises to the sky like this.

Trust me, if Bitcoin remained at $100 for this entire time I would not be panicking at all.

I'm sorry, fresh out of $655,000. If I had it there's no way in hell I'd invest all of it into this company at that shareprice. Lol

Negative. Now each block creates $20,000 as opposed to $2,500 so there is more incentive to mine and thus we will have even more competition.

Also its harder and harder for our shares to be worth what they used to be due to the change in value of Bitcoin. Our sales are in fiat so that links us to a fiat price. Only our mining farm can get the share price back to where they were, but where is this mining farm?

You keep saying this about BTC. In what way does it going up make us LESS likely to start mining? You are talking nonsense.

Can we have a vote to decrease divs to 30% of profits? Maximizing reinvestment, I believe this is where the other companies failed.

You think there are thousands of machines switched off at $200 but on at $750?

Rediculous.

The shares are not going to go down because BTC goes up. Our mining output and overall profit will dictate what the shares are in BTC not the price of BTC.

You are going the wrong way. Our reinvest costs are in USD. Each btc is now worth 3x what it was in USD. We mine in BTC so less not more of the mining output is needed to generate the same amount of FIAT for reinvestment. We can increase divs to 70% if this BTC price holds.

I agree with this completely. And in fact would propose that in the initial stages even more goes towards reinvestment. Competition will be huge, we need to use any head start we might have to go full force and outdo competition.

The same amount of fiat gets us the same amount of mining equipment which will get us the same amount of btc.

The only thing is that now there will be more sales, which will be more of a hashrate. This is where the money will be, in mining.

The user neilol and I are in the process of planning a trip to Missouri this Friday. We are wondering if anybody would like to donate for the travel expenses and for lists of questions Ken will MOST LIKELY let us report back with.

No we cannot have a vote!
This is not a democracy, and these are not real shares and anyway, Ken was quite explicit in saying that these are not voting shares.

What a ridiculous suggestion! A vote! Hurumpf!
