I know many people who photoshop there ID all the time with no issues. Its obviously very frowned upon but people still do it. There are ways of detecting it to an extent.

People are very smart, they create am idea to tackle Bounty Kyc. most of icos does not allow Chinese and American participants but still they participate and even able to pass their kyc. it is only because of fake id verification. but it is illegal.

It is a risky or gamble if we send fake ID on exchanges or to bounties as it, might get caught by exchange or bounty managers, then all our token get blocked..

It is definitely an issue.
I assume that it will be fixed soon.
Overall, KYC is created to add more transparency to the project and sending fake IDs doesn't match with this philosophy.

This is a decent reasoning really to put long haul in cryptocurrecny however there is an issue on the off chance that you hold the potential coins that is alright yet in the event that you hold coins which don't have potential then you will lament the choice of holding long haul. I recommend you to hold coins like BTC, ETH, XRP, AE and so on. These coins have some genuine great potential to twofold the venture.

Fake ID is not helpful for KYC of most ICOs. Now most of ICO's is required your selfie with the date and name of the project. So you need not only ID, but fake person.

I think if we make some false information about ourselves by sending fake ID's for our KYC, it is for own risk that might put ourselves into garbage in some ICO's that we want to participate. Having right information about ourselves will always make us feel confident in all projects that we want to participate in honest and righteous way.

I just was brought up to speed on groups of people sending in fake/Photoshopped ID's by scanning public records to defeat the KYC process and it seemingly is very easy to do. It appears that many people sent in fake documentation to the Bob's and Polymath KYC and had no hassles. How do these companies verify people if all they have to go on is public information? Did they even really check the ID's or were they simply collected the data? How rampant do you think this is? How many of us are complete fools for turning in our documents when others simply faked it. Now they have our data and the people who faked it are still secure.
NOT FAIR.
they use a kyc platform that is not very high quality, which is why fake identities can enter.

That's the problem of KYC they asking someone an ID but they didn't know if its true or not and most of people do that they give fake information. Its better if they required ID together with selfie photo holding their ID, or else on the spot picture before they participate. Nowadays it easy to make fake ID, that's why it's better if there's a two ways verification before they accept that person.

I did like this last year. But i have not meet something which make me nervous. Maybe i'm lucky. Try to be careful my friend. Find information before doing something. That's the first rule.

Yeah, I have seen many spammers in a few days to submit a fake profile. Most of spammets stole people's identity, and they submit it for KYC. That's why I don't believe KYC procedure. I think project owners should be more strict or they should use Icosid KYC system. Ivosid is a very good option to prevent fake KYC.

It is not as easy as it sounds. because they do not just ask id or passport. They also ask for self-portraits of those documents. It is not easy to change them properly by photoshop. Need professional hand to do that otherwise they can catch and shoot you from ico.

I think that fake KYC may mess things up at certain times. When you need to withdraw a large deposit, your fake KYC may cause you cann't withdraw cash. Avoid using fake KYC.

One of the market participants told me that they sent a photo of their sex organs for KYC procedure. The most surprising thing is that he was able to pass it.

Perhaps they do not check the data through the databases, but simply the validity of the documents!

I try to avoid any with KYC, I don't want to be sending my ID all over the internet. I'm sure you'd be ok with fake ID though.

Choosing a long-term investment and registering KYC with the correct ID is more beneficial for your long-term cooperation in the project.
I would be very careful with fake or fraudulent KYC. Your freedom is not worth investing in an ICO.

To be sure the framework itself is very troublesome and KYC are positively in danger. a considerable lot of the issues will without a doubt happen like manhandle of personality by an outsider. In the event that in reality many are not found amid then faked obviously isn't an issue. In any case if found deceiving then it surely will bring new issues. I concur that you ought not send your genuine information to anybody. There is a high likelihood that they can fall under the control of awful folks. For yourselves, to exchange invented information, nobody will check a specific individual from the opposite apocalypse.

So you do not have to provide useless KYC then you need to find good non-fraudulent campaigns, otherwise your ID will be sold to black sites, or used for any illegal activity.
