I really have never understand that why the projects ask for our informations? I am sure that there are millions of KYC running around right now and i don't know whom making profit with it.. The blockchain and the cryptocurrency system had a mystery which i loved in first place but then i had to send my passport, mobile number and my home address bill too many times to the projects. I wish there would be no problem with that in the future..

Well i think before sending in a fake ID then the project was or is not trust worthy and participants are scared of exposing their IDs but on the other hand using a fake ID is not ideal in anyway if its fake then do not be a part of the project

If we send our real information to them, what will they do with that information? Will our lives be changed? I think KYC doesn't have much impact if you join a good project

You yourself all understand that the procedure of the KYC is done in order to remove fake accounts, and nothing happens to your data. Don't need to be afraid if you're not a cheater))

I am not a cheater, but I do not want to trust my documents and personal data to someone. In our time, this data can certainly be used for fraudulent schemes.

LOL, I always send fake ID to participate in ICO and there wasn't any problem on this matter. Sometimes it is funny, sending random documents.
Automatic systems check smoothly just everything!

maybe many people also do the same thing with the information kyc do to follow ico or bounty. I'm sure not all do the same thing as the original data they have. indeed there are still many systems that are not very good and many still accept it. maybe the future system of each kyc system will be repaired.

That is the point, why am I supporting the idea with video KYC verification. It is much more faster and takes 5 minutes. After that your account is verified and you are secured. It makes much more sense and helps to avoid such things.

I hope to have a new method to replace KYC, to ensure the safety of information for everyone, as well as to prevent frauds.

The impression is that some states deliberately came up with a KYC check to turn people away from cryptocurrency. If we pay in cash, we remain anonymous, and in cryptocurrency, which should be anonymous in nature, we leave our data everywhere.
On the issue of providing my own data to ICO projects, I fully admit it for several reasons.
Firstly, I generally think that KYC checks against bounty hunters are illegal. None of the ICO teams showed no reason why they require bounty hunters to undergo KYC testing.
Secondly, I do not think that the right to collect such information should be given to those who themselves do not undergo any verification, and even if there is such a high level of fraud among them.

Am not a fan of KYC but I don't either support submitting fake document, it then means you actually have something to hide. If you ain't comfortable with submitting your documents I think the best is to stay clear of the project

I didnt know KYC registration has gotten to this extent, where fake identity are submitted to hide information from project team. i dont believe there is any reason to justify atrocities, not everyone will do this under this same circumstances. Investment is not also compulsory if it lures anyone to criminal acts. I also think ICO team should be subjected to lawsuit for carelessly revealing people information to encourage submission of genuine

I don't fancy the idea of people sending in fake IDs for KYC, it is total cheat to those that sends in their real document and the most annoying part is that both those that submitted real and fake IDs receives exactly the same reward

You can send fake documents, of course, but I don't think it can work every time in every bounty company. But on the other hand, the procedure of KYC is not clear to me, because I do not understand how they check people. Are they watching everyone or maybe just someone randomly selected and that's it?

Your topic brought an interesting question to the surface.
I'm not advocating sending fake documents, but doing so during the bounty campaign (and before the ICO) can show you how capable the team is of avoiding scams and doing quality work. If they catch you - they're doing a fine job. If you actually make it with fake documents - they're amateurs.

I don't this is a good idea. Faking something is not really my thing. We all know that if we invest on something and it requires KYC then we have to decide first before investing or joining a campaign program. Our responsibility is to abide the rules that was implemented, if others chose to fake then they are ready to take the risk as well as when we give our true identity, we should take the risk also.

Everyone decides for himself whether to upload his documents or not, but one must fight against deception and invent methods to combat false documents.

Un-necessary demanded of KYC implementation have force many people to send fake KYC doc. Especially the bounty hunter when there's un announce KYC and the hunter do not have the required doc to provide,
The two party should just take it in good faith.

they don't seem to check all the KYC's that come in their data. and they only collect data. if so, it's better to send fake data than the original data. but, have you sent fake data and passed the check? it seems difficult to trick even with Photoshop.

I think that almost KYC systems now is verify by Automated system. So the Fake ID for KYC will easy pass their KYC system. If they can check one by one and by their staff, The Fake KYC will be rejected and fair for real user.
