Wow that's a good act of the government of the Philippines, they were open minded about btc, they are on a welfare of every Filipino, They doesnt mind not earning any on btc as long as it can help many Filipino people.. IMO,i think an advantage may be occured if this will happen,although the main factor is quite a good news for the people within the philippines.One of its good advantage is if a foreigner (bitcoiner)will visit philippines,it makes them easy to pay as the country already accepting it,but the disadvantage is the possibility that the government would inplement regulations to bitcoin users.Although its a great news than being banned.Props for philippines.

Yes it is real! Filipinos are now becoming open minded about the opprotunity Bitcoin is offering. The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas is not against it but it remains neutral. Some banks are starting to adapt crypto currencies. I won't be surprise if a year or two, Bitcoin will be one of the most use mode of payment in our country.
