Well, with a Gross domestic product of 304,9 billion USD in 2016 and about 103,3 million people, I would think that this some

good news for Bitcoin.  Roll Eyes ... The unemployment rate in July 2017 was estimated at 5.6 %... which is average in a global

sense. Bitcoin might even help to bring down that unemployment, if it is allowed to flourish. The average salary in the

Philippines is about $11,959.56 per year. The median salary in the Philippines is about $7,660.8 per year.  Shocked

I definitely agree to this, and maybe the government also sees bitcoin as a way to lessen unemployment. Unemployment have been one of the major problem of the government alongside with poverty, population and etc. Definitely a great move for the philippine government, open mindedly accepting btc in its economy.

Since i think many filipinos are in btc already with this news it might not just double but multiply rapidly. Come to think of it doing job in your homes or streets without hassle and hesitations that it might be illegal, all you need are patience, focus and determination that someday time will come that you already lifted up your family from poverty.

Our country just recently held a seminar introducing bitcoin in our country. The said seminar was facilitated by bitcoin experts and government officials in pursuit of using bitcoin as another form of payment and regulation of it as well.

What a cool Filipino country! How dare Philippines's government take this decision, while many countries are banning the use of Bitcoin. But the Philippines instead wants to establish as a means of payment and other arrangements. I'm so glad to hear that. I really hope in my country can be like this too. Hopefully can come true someday.

This really helps unemployed people from this country. It gives not just extra cash but a good amount of cash. Some people here actually prefer using bitcoin over traditional remittances.

If that's true, that's good news for Filipino traders and investors, allowing bitcoins in Philippine market and establishments makes every transaction so convinient.

Before, Thailand was open to special currency and now Philippines. There will be more and more Southeast Asian countries starting to accept bitcoin. There are many people in Philippines. I believe this news will have a great impact on young people in Philippines. As long as Philippines keeps the opening of the special currency in the field of Commerce and services, there will be more and more followers of the digital money in this country.

Yes I've hear of this, more information that, this country is really open minded in the means of things that its people are capable of doing which may lead them to exert efforts to produce an income by themselves. Accepting bitcoin isn't a choice for them, its a need because there isn't no choices anyway, besides, bitcoin has proven its success through the eight years of its existence and it has never failed to impress people day by day. Only thing that some countries are doubtful about how bitcoin makes its good mark in this industry. And I'm so glad that Philippines are whole-heartedly accepting and loving bitcoin, to help and to provoke goodness in this kind of  internet banking.

Well, I guess Philippines is one of the countries which is open for possibilities and change. It is indeed a good news that our country is now accepting bitcoin. I hope that this will go on until we can already use bitcoin to do our transactions especially online.

Indeed,  Philippines are now using Bitcoin.  Aside for investing purposes,  you can now use bitcoin for paying bills in a very convenient manner.  From time to time,  bitcoin it's getting more popular now just in Philippines but eventually around the world.

That's a great news for this platform. Previously, I had a belief that Bitcoin will be circulated wholly around the world and it will get accepted most of the countries because of having some fantastic facilities. when you find a fruitful way then you must follow that way. from my perspective, Bitcoin is such type of a way that people have to be involved for the sake of their own benefit.

Not only that but also Bitcoin has created a large platform through the Blockchain system. So far I Know that Bitcoin is being accepted on many online platforms as a payment system. In this way, Philippine has started considering it a potential platform.

Congratulations.
I'm glad to hear it, hope it will get better with bitcoin in your country.
A seminar led by bitcoin experts will be more easily understood by many people.
I really hope that similar things can happen in my country, but until now although bitcoin is growing more but there is never any government news to accept or ban bitcoin. Maybe my country's government is busy managing their corruption, so they are not to care about the development of the era.

Just watch the moves by Philippine Central Bank. They seem to support and regulate it as they are releasing circulars for virtual currencies.

Honestly, it's just a seminar, nothing more than that and was held only in one part of the country. It doesn't mean that Bitcoin was widely used/known in this country. Probably it's good that some people are educating others about Bitcoin, but as I've said it's not a live telecast, or nationwide.

Snip

As I've said it's not a big event that could change the economy of this country.

It may be a good sign for Bitcoin as there are many countries now wanting to remove Bitcoin from the economy in their country, I think in the future there will be many countries eliminating Bitcoin from the marketplace. The market in that country is afraid of crisis.

I believe this is a good start for bitcoin holders in the said country if this really holds some truth. Though there are numerous people in the said country who are investing and participating in cyrptocurrency icos but for the entire country starting to accept bitcoin is a huge progress. Not only that its technology is going to be convenient and useful, but it also offers a good method of investing and earning some profit.

This is really a great news for the cryptocurrency world. For government officials to be part of a bitcoin conference attended by bitcoin experts, it shows that the official world have started welcoming bitcoin eventually. Hope we will see 20 000$ bitcoin soon.
