I think its is totally the opposite of it. It might be the best time for trading since the prices are low many potential investors must be showing good interest in buying so good coins that might have some good value in the future. This is not the time to leave it its actually the time to sit back and watch things get better as they are definitely going to get better. I am very much known to the fact that many people have lost a lot of money in trading the coins which have lost values but when the market will improve the prices will improve with it.

but in fact this time cryptocurrency market is more easily influenced by fud, rumors, and news. for example yesterday dump happened because in news "google will prohibit advertisement about cryptocurrency" and its make bitcoin price and overall cryptocurrency decrease, but surely there are some other factors that also influence market but I agree to OP

You don't need to ride until All-Time High that is very risky you just need to take a profit when you're comfortable because Whales are manipulating the market so if they Dump the market so hard you will just lost your Btc and don't be greed when you see some Green and profit just take it but if you read some good news about the coin you hold it's good to ride.
