The best time is when you are in a profit and your investment showing you a great profit because in this way your interest will remain same and you can earn good from market because this is the best time to exit and makes you able to be a good trader,
Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

most people end up losing a lot of money because they dont leave the market when they have enough profit.

mm, the same happens to me sometimes, maybe you wanted a 2,5% profit, and you got a 3%.. And then you want a five percent and you end up leaving the market with 1% of profit because it went down again.

Greediness is very important in here.

for me the best time is when the market reaches ath, when that moment comes i am ready to sell a significant portion of my stack. because there is a big chance the market will go down again making it possible to rebuy at a better rate , and also pocketing some money.

Since it's quite hard to verify the news, I generally buy in at FUDs and exit at FOMOs. No matter what the strategy is, it requires certain level of patience to get the best price. I prefer investing lately because of taking the emotional burden into consideration.

People nowadays are stuck in the world of trading that may cause their loss of capital, may cause their eagerness to recover their investment. Ending up sinking the money they have invested. AND Doesn't know how to exit in the game.

Also, FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) is a normal feeling of traders when coins are actually dumped big time.

Here's how. We all know that media plays a big role in the dump value of some coins.

BUY THE RUMOURS. SELL THE NEWS (not literally)
When media talks often about the dump and publish articles, then that is the RIGHT TIME TO EXIT.
News, rumours, speculations could have a big impact and can affect the price of altcoins. They concide the price movements resulting in pump and dump.

Believe me, I did that and it really works. Prevents deficits and prevents loss of investment.

I wish I knew this before. All my coins in portfolio was mooning that it seems like it will continue that way so I never cashed out. I will do this when every coins skyrocket again so I will not regret anything when it goes down.

I know even if you know this you will dont follow it. Our mind will try ut first to believe what we think and the pump of all coins seems endless as long as it pumps we are waiting for more. The selling price is not how much it will rise it is also with our own mind and contentment in the price.

There is no specific time for getting into or out of the trading. It is all and all your own personal experience which can help you in handling the things in a better way. However, you need to be sure that you are only quitting the trade when the market is giving you enough profit and that you are not going in loss. There is simply no point of quitting the trade at time when you are going in loss and gaining nothing profitable.

All the risks and fears related to it are mere illusion created by our own mind and honestly, I won’t recommend anyone leaving trading. No doubt, it is not very easy to stay in this profession but once someone has passed his initial tests, he can really become rich within days. We know that pumps are destined to appear giving us chance to sell coins at high values, so what is the point in surrendering.

yes, there is no special time when we can stop trading, it is up to us when we want to stop trading, but it is true that you say, suppose we want to stop the trade we must make sure in advance if we have gained a lot of profits, only fools who take the decision to stop or get out of the trade when we experience many defeats.

Guys, I do think that you need to indicate figures, not just simple statements on when to stop(exit or sell). No matter how you state it, all posts were just the same. Giving out numerical values or percentage will help out newbie traders a lot rather stating theoretical statements which doesn't really give anything. Also, I find it a lot confusing with words. For me, it's better to understand with figures even if it is a ballpark figure.

That's good information. I feel myself sometimes get stuck when the price going down and FOMO feels, I can not get out of there. But I just realized that the media gives a signal before things happen in the market, at least we are speculating.
The best time to exit trading is the time you feel you have attained what you had set out for. Trading is making instant money. But you should never stop investing even you quit trading. This is because investment always gives you an edge to earn more with less. And since the technology is never ending and hopes to be used all over the world, the expected benefits are more than we expect.

All those who are doing well and are making enough profit while being there in the world of trading will never make this decision of quitting the trade but in case, you are not doing well in trading then you must quit doing trade as there is no pint of losing your money again and again.

You need to quit the trade when you think that now is the best suitable time and that you are getting good profit while selling your coins.

That's the problem of others during trading the greediness to earned big. But the fomo will usually happen so might as well sell if earning already. So prevent loss always think of a safer way to earned profit.

You should not go, you must remove your assets from trading. if your capital has returned and your profits go up, you can get out of the trade and you should be able to see when that trade goes extinct.

I agree. The best time to exit trading is when you have felt contentment from it.Negative news and updates may always give bitcoin a negative impact too and thus decreasing its value but if you will just leave at that time, then you cannot let yourself experience on how to handle these tough situations that will make you gradually a skillful trader in the future.

But that is the hard part of all.
We humans have no content with whatever we want. We always want more. Look at Iphone. Everytime they create something new people are buying it already. They really made a good business out of that. Even if the difference is just a little.

Same with trading. I saw it myself because it is me afterwards that thought of what I have done. Got me greedy and lost a lot  because I am not yet satisfied with the profit I have made.

the right time to get out of bitcoin trading is when bitcoin no longer has a sale price and when bitcoin can not circulate anymore because I think if bitcoin can still be outstanding then bitcoin trading will still be profitable and when you exit it will only get the loss alone.

you exit trading when you are extremely profitable. do not believe you are invincible, you are just lucky.

you also exit trading when you have lost more than you can afford. do not chase losses, the market owes you nothing and will give you nothing.

sound advice, celebrate a profitable exit rather than a profitable position
