If we all know when to sell, we all will be millionaires right now. Timing the market is an impossible undertaken and I have never seen that trader and investors that know precisely when to sell.
I think that too, assuming people know when to sell and buy it is a lot of people who will become millionaires, even though it is a great investor or an old trader, so if I think we can only analyze and predict, so follow analysis and thinking we Own.

It's very difficult to know when to exit a market. First be in a position where it's impossible to make loss, then wait for the profit but don't get greedy. At a profit level, every point is a potential exit point. A friend exited btc at $12k another friend $17k another $19k at the end they all took profit and got back in at $6k

Iam doing crypto trading and all entry buy and sell i decide depend on technical analysis, because too many different coins in the market will be not possible to learn about each their fundamental. When price in resistance area that the best times to exit. They've said that the best time to sell is when your happy and not greedy. That news can contribute more to its price a hype that will make up the price high and to when to sell in the day before the news or an hours before any announcement that is the trick there but that coins without it you should be careful and not greedy always take profits.
Honestly, I do not really know about when is the best time to exit trading. It's very difficult to know when to exit a market. The only thing I know is that you have to let go of something. First be in a position where it's impossible to make loss, then wait for the profit but don't get greedy. Just think of this as experience that will make you better. At a profit level, every point is a potential exit point. Let go and move on, and find another job. A friend exited btc at $12k another friend $17k another $19k at the end they all took profit and got back in at $6k. There are a lot of online business out there that surely make you rich and happy, hahaha.

People nowadays are stuck in the world of trading that may cause their loss of capital, may cause their eagerness to recover their investment. Ending up sinking the money they have invested. AND Doesn't know how to exit in the game.

Also, FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) is a normal feeling of traders when coins are actually dumped big time.

Here's how. We all know that media plays a big role in the dump value of some coins.

Accdg. To this site
https://cryptopotato.com/8-must-read-tips-trading-bitcoin-altcoins/  (contains also tips on trading)

BUY THE RUMOURS. SELL THE NEWS (not literally)
When media talks often about the dump and publish articles, then that is the RIGHT TIME TO EXIT.
News, rumours, speculations could have a big impact and can affect the price of altcoins. They concide the price movements resulting in pump and dump.

Believe me, I did that and it really works. Prevents deficits and prevents loss of investment.

I believe that this time is a great time for you to get involved and start trading, you can see that the price of bitcoins in the past few days is fluctuating very small and is moving horizontally. Therefore, this is a great condition for you to start trading altcoin, the price of altcoin in the past days are a lot of strong altcoin pump.

The best time is when you are in a profit and your investment showing you a great profit because in this way your interest will remain same and you can earn good from market because this is the best time to exit and makes you able to be a good trader,
Looking to exit trading is possible for you if you earned a lot of money from that or have found a lot of money from another source so that you would be able to invest in Bitcoin for future long term investment that will give you massive returns. On the other hand you should keep working on it if you have fewer saving and are not enough for investment in Bitcoin, so do not exit then.

Everyone think different so there is no written rule when to exit trading. Best way to get out with profit or atleast without lose is that you set stop-loss order. I do the same , first I buy coin then immediately set sell order for little higher then I buy it and set stop-loss order for price that I can afford to lose.

It varies and depends on many factors. i think you need to set the your targets. don't go with the flow, don't follow the crowd. Well the scenario is right always check the market news it will help to you to decide if the token can be pump up or dump the news have a big effect to the market especially to the investor of any token.

The best time to exit in my opinion is when you can't take it anymore especially if you're a sentimental person , whenever you feel that there is always too much going on and that you are constantly stressing about your investment fearing to miss on or that your investments loose their value .. It's a very destructive thing for anyone and that negativity will affect your other life aspects which will lead to frustration and eventually depression . If you can't bare the stress and all the problems that you encounter in such field than there's your exit point and you shouldn't even hesitate about leaving , since by leaving you'll win the sanity of your brain and gain back the comfort of an empty mind that ain't constantly working because of all what's happening in the market .

The main focus of what you say is the emotional nature of a trader while we can't avoid perhaps we can correct in the nost rightful situation to decide whether to take more chance and stress yourself or to exit early without thinking so much how much it will rise up.

you need to set the your targets. dont go with the flow, dont follow the crowd. just make ur profit target and right after the exist dont even bother to look at that coin again
do not go with the flow, you need to think about when you're right and you will not regret it someday, exit when you know it, think before you exit
Yeah you right, I think you need to make a target price to sell your coins and do not get carried away the atmosphere and the crowds that happen maybe it can bring you to panic. you must be smart in seeing the opportunity if the coin you buy is at the highest point you have to sell it. I think the most important is smart in reading market conditions then you can understand when to exit

Thats true, its not easy to decide if its the right time to sell or not because the movement of the prices are really unpredictable. Bad news regarding cryptos can affect the price because of the panic seller afraid to lose their money in the particular investment however not all of them were true, some are just spreading fud to confuse the community hence they will take the opportuniy to enter the scene. We need to understand that if ever you're planning to exit, dont let your emotion decide, analyze the market and make a conclusion so you wont regret your decision afterwards.

There is a time for exit only for the day traders and short term traders. The traders who invest in crypto for a long time don't need to wait for the right time to exit since their exit is pre-planned and is yet to come after a long period. It is a subjective issue since everyone has their target goals, someone may make a million dollars and that may seem enough for a person living in the third world

I think its is totally the opposite of it. It might be the best time for trading since the prices are low many potential investors must be showing good interest in buying so good coins that might have some good value in the future. This is not the time to leave it its actually the time to sit back and watch things get better as they are definitely going to get better. This is actually true no matter how you study price analysis candle charts patterns/stick. It will only be all in vain once the whales decided to sell their tokens to gain profit and to buy low again then repeat

I want and if it doesn't work out then I'll probably need to wait a lot of time before exiting the market, but if it works then it will happen a lot sooner. It is a smart idea if you have a lot of money because investing in real estate is a very safe investment but one that is not going to give you the huge profits while cryptocurrencies can, and many people here myself included that are investing in this market do it

What I understand on exit in trading is when you fully quit.
If one is making money in trading then i don't think we should quit, trading gives good return if you spend more money and time on it.
Maybe those who are not successful should have an exit plan in order to minimize their loses.

There are always news and rumors that can bring down the price. The best thing is just to set your target and know when you might have made enough profit. When you feel like you have achieved your goal, all you have to do is monitor the price of the market and know when is the right time to exit the market. Some people will prefer to set a price notification with the help of their exchanger mobile app to notify them when the price drops to a certain rate. If you feel like it has dropped to a rate you can’t take it anymore, just exit and save what you have accomplished so far.

I think that it is necessary to set goals and don't try to copy anybody's actions. You should know your limits and know when it is best time for you to exit trading. Set your own profit targets and

Day trading and short term trading are very tricky and sensitive and to my opinion it's hard to be successful for a long time so you actualy need to estimate when to pull out. Losses are inevitable. But this is very individual, some general rule doesn't exist.
Long term trading is different story and such traders are in much more comfortable positions.

In my opinion you should not be too greedy to wait for the price too high. So watch out for them daily and decide how to sell them when you get a profit from the price difference. The Crypto market is volatile, so the greedier you are, the deeper you'll be in the market.
