Then I suppose that very few people qualify for that, while I have gotten some profits with my bitcoin I am nowhere near close to be able to live out of my investments and the interest it could produce, and I'm still waiting for my investments to give me the profits i want and if it doesn't work out then I'll probably need to wait a lot of time before exiting the market, but if it works then it will happen a lot sooner.

I think you are speaking in general terms that whenever there is bad news going on then it is sure that bitcoin or any crypto currency about which the bad news getting spread will go down in the near future. So it's better to leave that trade immediately. But I think that's not the case always because leaving such trade at position where you have not gotten any profits would be unrealistic to follow. That would be pain in the ass. Many times it happen that such trades do fall down but in very short period of time they get up and they go beyond expectations. It's better to hold in such time.

Such an opinion but really an off-topic one since its not really being particularly asked on op when it comes on exiting trades.Best time to exit trades would be entire depending on your decision since traders do have particular targets when it comes to profit percentage to our entire balance.Theres no best time but atleast we do able to get out when the market tends to reverse trend once again.When you are really always checking out and connecting out fundamentals then it is really giving some signals.

But i think most of the traders quit because they have already lose a lot.They are those traders who only trade because their friends are also doing so,and that they trade without prior knowledge.So the outcome would be negative for sure.If time comes that i am getting too old in trading and that i became so tired already,with all my assets and investments doing good,then i think retiring or making exit from doing trading would be suggestive i guess.

I can't say I disagree, and although this might work it's not for the right reasons, and developing a habit on trading like this will be misleading for other markets and even for the future of crypto markets. Most of the relevant news are actually good news, like lightning network already running in main net for instance, and with good results, and even decent news in terms of regulation. So in reality we should be on a bull run and we are not.

We see a lot of bad news that are followed by big dumps, but in my opinion that is only working because some guys that want to keep the price down, are making use of these so called "bad news" (most of them are not even true) and dump their coins. People go to the news sites, that also just want to sell, and capitalize on these news as well, making big headlines on how a certain news and a dump are related. People panic and sell, when they should actually be buying.

So what I'm trying to say, is that eventually the market will stop being so irrational, specially if and when big investors come into the game. Those will not be influenced by silly news and will not follow into that "bear trap". I'm not trading right now, because the market seems to be manipulated in my opinion, so I just buy and hold when I can. I am developing my technical analysis though, and I will probably trade as soon as the markets get more liquidity, and this manipulation gets becomes harder to do.

If you have seriously made up your mind of quitting the trade doing to any reason, then the best thing to do is to quit doing trade only at time when you are getting some good profit by giving away most of your coins. If you didn’t manage to do well in trading, then you should at least try not to sell your coin until and unless you are getting some good profit at the end at time of selling of your coins.
