Hello, I need an advice. I got bitcoins from my brother as a wedding gift. He recommended me freebitco.in, where he has his own account for several years, so that my bitcoins earn interest and that he also gets a reward from it. Everything worked perfectly for about a year until now for about 2 weeks I can't log into the account. I note that I log in everywhere I can. At home, at work on wifi, via mobile data. I was logged out of the account for security or something and when I tried to log back in I got a message saying that the credentials are wrong. I therefore tried to reset the password on my brother's advice. But I didn't receive the email until the next day, and the link was therefore invalid due to the time delay. So I tried the next day and no email came to me. I am using Gmail and following the advice I read here I tried adding noreply@freebitco.in to the address book. That didn't help, the emails still don't go through. I read here that the reason can also be a violation of the rules and multiple accounts. But I don't have any other account. I'm desperate about it. I also wrote to @theQuin, but no reply. I'm not an idiot to risk a large sum of money, which my brother gave me for a few change. I write it as it is and it makes me want to cry. Can anyone advise me what to do?

Even if your second account was an error and you never used it, it would have been flagged by their system, and since it seems there is no human support attending to users, you are in a bad situation. I wish you the best, but am not optimistic. I would never keep any important amount in such a place. If anything breaks, no one can help you as it's an unattended automated website.

one person won the entire lottery prize pool today, the wheel of fortune is so heavily rigged you can predict what you're going to get and it's always one of the 3 lowest prizes, the dice game is also rigged, you can only win the smallest prize of 1 sat, it is predictable. be cautious of this scam site.

Hello, I have two major problems/questions about this site and fun coin. When I check from Freebitco.in, the amount of locked fun coin appears as 4,764,760,893 so far. However, I see only 3,835,537,139 coins in the Freebitco.in wallet. ( https://etherscan.io/token/0x419d0d8bdd9af5e606ae2232ed285aff190e711b?a=0x99e2ae3dd7fdb5684950176551911d19d55dfcab) This means almost 25% of the purchased coins are missing and not in the wallet. When do you plan to buy and store these coins that we have locked? The only reason I bought and locked these coins is because we believe that the value will increase as the number of locked coins increases. If these coins that we have paid for are not actually in that wallet, won't this cause a scandal in the future? Today I deposited FUN COIN to the Dplay casino with Freebitco.in and wanted to withdraw it 5 hours ago. I was told the payment would be made within 48 hours. I've been a premium member for exactly 3 years, and there's no point in holding it anymore because they didn't make the payment, so my premium account dropped. I am very angry about this and I plan to get rid of fun coins and Freebitco.in as soon as possible. There are hundreds of casino sites on the internet that accept crypto and make payments within 5 minutes. You give us no reason to prefer Dplay. Not only do you not help users, but you constantly cause them losses. Under these conditions, this coin has no chance of growth. The purpose of the coin is to aim for playing casino/slots/bets with crypto, but it does not provide a service close to any crypto-accepting casino site in the market. It's a tragicomic situation. Additionally, when I contacted Dplay via online chat, they said they had no connection with Freebitco.in. It’s another ridiculous situation that they claim to have no connection with Freebitco.in while login, deposit, and withdrawal transactions are all done with a single button (the Freebitco.in button through Freebitco.in). I've been a member of this site for 8 years and have had my Fun Coins locked here for exactly 900 days. I have approximately 500,000 Fun Coins. Yesterday, I tried to withdraw just $100, but even after 24 hours, it has not been approved. This site is starting to raise red flags. I'm going to try to withdraw all my money, but I don't think they will pay out. Additionally, the coins that have been unlocked still haven't reflected in my account. Even if these are just technical issues, it's impossible to communicate with or get support from them. If anyone is still considering investing money here, I suggest they think three times before doing so, at least until the site makes a proper explanation to ease our concerns.
