I just made a coin request on Poloniex. Here is some data that you guys can use when making coin requests at exchanges. I made some small write ups please add to the write ups and additional information that can help convince the exchanges to add Tekcoin.

Please explain why you would like to see this coin added to the exchange

This coin is a solid coin with a large community and a strong set of development support personnel. There are many people that would come to your exchange just to trade Tekcoin.

If this coin has any significant innovations over other coins, please elaborate on them here.

Very High POS rate. It is possible to mine just using POS. This will keep the coin going for the long term.

I have just recently retired and will be able to start offering what ever promotional help and possibly tools for Tekcoin and a few others that I participate in. I believe that the promotion of crypto-coins must be done to help them grow. I will volunteer my time to this effort in the future. I am writing some technical articles in the realm of physics and when that is complete I will be happy to help out in the crypto
community.

I think this dumping will not stay long time ... he didnt put sell order just sell to buying orders

cryptsy was hacked. In retrospect the only solution for cryptsy and other exchanges in the future is one of two options:
1. Get insurance if that is even possible to do.. not sure if exchanges can be insured.
2. The community must support the exchange in the exact same way as in the movie Its a Wonderful Life.
The exchange could return the money once they have recovered. Once people panic and take all their money out the exchange is doomed. We panicked. The next time this happens the exchange should tell it like it is and ask the people not to panic. Now no one will get the money back.

I think what happened is that the hacker set up a command and control center via code inside the Lucky 7 wallet that he asked Cryptsy to put online. This code allowed the hacker into a backdoor through the wallet. It must have been able to steal passwords as well. That is my guess. If it is an inside job then Big Vern will be destroyed as a result of that action. Cryptsy is bankrupted, Big Vern reputation is destroyed, his wife is divorcing him and he is losing his house. Looks like he is doing a bad job as a thief. I just hate seeing everyone losing but I guess the circle of trust is broken and there is no hope at this point. I guess I am to trusting and a hopeless optimist. Who ever is too blame I hope they are caught and punished.

I'm glad all I had left on Cryptsy was about 30k Ripple. Not a huge loss by any means. However, I have a bunch of coins in wallets now with no where to sell them or trade them.

Very sorry you were robbed. That is a serious bummer!  I guess the only consolation is that with the current market prices, you can be back in to 200,000 TEK for about 1/3 of a bit coin.  I know that does nothing to lesson the blow of the robbery, but I hope you are able to take advantage of the current prices and get back into the game.
