I am getting lots of login authorization email from freebitco.in, quite confused from where my password got leaked. I haven't used that same password in more than 4-5 sites. I am now understanding the real use of email authorization and 2fa I haven't stored any bitcoins there so not worried about this but thanks for having email authorization feature on faucet.

Are you guys aware of continous authorization email from Freebitco.in? I received first on November 4, then November 11 then today at November 15 (GMT +8).
How come those people who attempt to do logins knows our email and passwords?
For the moment I don't receive such emails, but some others have already stated that they also receive that kind of emails. Hopefully wetsuit comes by to answer this issue and to solve it. I don't have much BTC stored in freebitco.in, but maybe I should also think about using 2fa authenfication.

The same for me , it says " Recently you tried to login to your FreeBitco.in account from a connection that is different from your previous connection so you need to authorize this request by clicking the link below" (knowing that I usually use one device to login to my account) , I received such email twice/3 times per week , hope it wouldn't be a real problem

Yes I am recieving authorization email from this site almost daily, i wonder who could have got accessed to my log in credentials even the password I am using there is a unique one and I don't even use the site anymore before i start recieving those emails Can you post a screen capture of that email on the forum? You can blank out your personal information. I am almost 50% sure this is a phishing attempt, because I have been using this site for years and I have never received these emails. I think hackers are trying to catch the bigger fish, because some people have a huge referral network and constantly have BTC coming in. Some even use this site as a investment, because they offer people interest on their BTC. looks like not a phishing attempt, all the links are directing to the correct link freebitco.in :/

Like all the prizes on Freebitco.in, the cost of lottery tickets is linked to the BTCUSD exchange rate. I wonder if Wetsuit plans to start using fractional satoshis if the price keeps going up?

Really, i wasn't aware of that. from the time i've been into lottery price stayed the same(0.00000001 BTC), so, i thought only faucet is affected by BTC price changes, guess i'm wrong.

I think your password and username was also leaked from somewhere like mine, consider changing password in all sites where you have used that same email and password combo. We shouldn't use same email/password combo in multiple sites.. Recently someone also made successful login to by block.io wallet but it doesn't have any bitcoin also they don't have email authorization feature. Just don't forget to change your password in every platform.

As if it wasn't hard enough with one captcha, now we have two. Double trouble. Just deposit some coins, like 30K plus. And its gone Pay to "win" kinda deal? IMO, yes but generally worth it, saves you some hassle and boosts your passive income factor. Gamble one would say, IMO, yes risk only that, what you are ready to loose. I have deposited some and captcha went bye-bye, now its just one click for all the goodies sites is offering.

I had around 0.01 BTC in my account ( coz used it as my saving wallet) but when I withdrawed'em , the captcha come back again , I think we should maintain our balance >30k Satoshi to avoid this captcha

I have deposited some and captcha went bye-bye, now its just one click for all the goodies sites is offering. I have around 6000-10000 satoshi, and I am getting only one captcha. To remove captcha they want us either not to withdraw or want us to deposit and hold, that's kind of lame. Still one captcha was and is fine for me, but if I withdraw I guess will have 2 of them. If the 30K satoshi is the minimum to avoid it, now the withdrawal limit went up indirectly, either withdraw early or wait to get double the threshold.

It's because they want you to keep going there and making them money with the captcha its also more tempting to play when you have that much in your account or maybe they use that bitcoin in your account to invest.

No, freebitco.in is using google re-captcha and that doesn't pay at all AFAIK.It's because they want you to keep going there and making them money with the captcha its also more tempting to play when you have that much in your account or maybe they use that bitcoin in your account to invest.
Again re-captcha doesn't pay. What they do with users balances, that is already explained in detail in their site "EARN BTC" section. If a user has minimum 30k sats then he/she receives (compounded daily) 4.08% annual interest.
