If the static address gets added to a VPN / Proxy list that's going to make his problem worse. I respect Kakmakr's privacy so I'm not pushing him to do this, but if he PMs me his user ID I'll ask wetsuit to whitelist him so he doesn't get checked against the IP database.

"Normal" gambling sites do, although I guess they know the legal entities they're doing business with.

I didn't reply to this yesterday because I wanted to take opinion from other site owners. They all agree that they couldn't trust anyone to code for them.

Wetsuit could easily get other users to program to help him build the site and add new features (it would probably be better to include more people to give ideas and code prototypes for wetsuit that he can then test).

It would be more work to check the code than write it yourself.

Also, there is, as far as I remember from the site, only 5% of funds in a hot wallet, everything else is in cold storage...

Solved - I got the new IP address and I am running again. Thanks for the offer, but I am cool. I am not in the habit of giving out personal information to strangers on the internet. ^joke^

I will let you know if this problem persists and then you guys can look into it. Just glad I am operational once again and things are back to normal now. This new IP address may just be the thing I need to change my luck to win the Lotto. 

No problem. The other IP must be listed as a VPN or Proxy, it's difficult to get hold of 100% accurate lists.

Nope, I was using a static IP for many years now, so it was strange that it suddenly got flagged and banned, but I just got another static IP address, so it is sorted. The reason why I asked for a static IP address, was for this exact reason. When you use DHCP and you get a random address, then you never know what a previous user did with that IP, so you stuck when a service blocks you for something that someone else did. 

Luckily I have some friends in the ISP, so I can quickly get another IP, if something goes wrong.

Yes, I'm, like you, waiting for my turn. Normally, after enabling 2 lottery tickets for every free roll, I have around 70-80 tickets in each round, but sometimes I buy several hundreds of them to increase my chances, so I'm sure there were more than 340 tickets in my possession more than a dozen of times. But still the chance of winning had been much lower than 0.01% in every lottery round I participated, so I'm not complaining. Just waiting for my turn like everybody else. )

I do not know about that either luck or quantity will boost your winning chance but mostly small number hit it recently and the one that have more tickets stuck at the bottom like just to get #6-#10 prize. I think we all miss those days (whoever was around then) I did used to like the 1000+ satoshi and was always hoping I'd get the ~0.7BTC top prize there (as far as I remember, it was about 0.7).

Anyway every week there is always 10 winners but why no one ever claimed it here except those that win by using only 0.06 btc

Within a couple of weeks BTC shot up to $350 so the prize was reduced to 0.667... then when $500 hit it went down to 0.4.... then someone in the thread came up with the idea of fixing to a USD value and it's been at BTC equivalent of $200 ever since.
IIRC the base prize was higher depending on the geographical region defined by AdSense. So in most first world countries, it was $0.004 rather than $0.002 for the rest of the world.

Nope it is not all about luck, not sure if you haven't seen the past weeks but most of the winners here have hundreds of thousands and even millions of tickets being bought in order just to be one of the top 10 winners. As you can see the more tickets you have the more chances you are winning, relying just on luck alone when you know your chances are low is like hoping for nothing. The week before this last one 5 out of ten had more than 100,000 tickets but a quick check of the last 10 or so weeks show those to be in a small minority. Most of the winners had a few thousand to a few tens of thousands and quite a few lower.
I think when someone says it's all about luck they are referring to the principle of betting on random numbers. They are not denying that more tickets give a better statistical chance but luck is still the deciding factor in a game of chance. It's not hoping for nothing, it is hoping for a small chance.

BTW most of the people you see with a very large total of tickets didn't buy them. They get 200,000 free for every 1 BTC wagered.

I wonder how the gambling site that pays him would react if I went to their thread every week and told their customer not to gamble.

He can't really claim that his points have never been addressed, I was giving a counter argument to them every week long before I started working for Freebitco.in.
