The pw wont do them any good however since you cant do anything with it. You cannot withdraw to any other BTC address other than what the account is using unless you confirm it with an email confirmation. If your email pw is the same as your freebitco account AND you somehow manage to have one or the other swiped, you deserve to lose everything anyway. But since you're not stupid enough to do that (right?), you have nothing to worry about. The only thing one can do with your pw is bet for you and likely lose everything on your behalf which gains the bad actor nothing other than making you the laughing stock.
Hashnest accounts were hacked due to people not being able to use 2fa, a large number of cheap market trades were done until one had a balance of 0 (apparently, I wasn't hacked). Hackers might do the and here or they could withdraw from mine technically immediately as all they need is my 2fa code that lasts for a minute and is conveniently giving on signing in...

I did not know that you can claim from faucet without solving captcha in case you deposit some coins to FreeBitco account, is this permanently (one deposit - no captcha never-ever) or demands deposits at certain time intervals?
I see some people making apps with bots which claim every hour, since there is no need to solve captcha (with deposit), what is the opinion of FreeBitco owner/staff regarding this? Is this cheating or such app could could be used legitimately?
1. I think the deposit removes it forever once you put in the right amount. I think there's a link at the top of the page which tells you how much is needed to deposit/wager in order to remove the captcha. 2. It's cheating the site and they can also steal your password. It is not actually a deposit that removes captcha it is your balance. If your balance is $100 USD or above equivalent in Bitcoin then there is no captcha, it doesn't matter if you deposit that $100, win it, or get it from referral income. Your point 2 is very important. Unless any third party app you use gives you the source code so you can verify and compile it yourself it is highly likely it could contain malicious code. It isn't just your freebitco.in password that it could steal but anything you access on the same device.

Thanks for the answer regarding deposit and captcha. I'm aware of the dangers when using any untrusted app, but my question is about freebitco official position when someone is make such app and use it for claim. With no captcha to solve for balances with 100$+, is it legal to make bot app which will claim coins from faucet every hour, or such activity can lead to freeze/blocking user account.

Using a bot to claim the faucet could get an account blocked from free rolls. It's not really an issue for us as the abuse we get is multi-accounting. Someone depositing $100 and making a few extra free rolls doesn't cost us like someone making hundreds or thousands of accounts. I quite frequently have to delete networks of over 30,000 accounts but I haven't found one where they deposited $3,000,000 to avoid captcha.

It's also not the deposit that stops botters from removing captcha either. It's the TWO BTC transaction fees (in and out). It wouldnt matter if the deposit were for $100 worth of BTC or 1 penny worth of BTC. Its the transaction fee that is the problem because its the only thing that isnt refundable.

Where you getting that figure from? A week's worth of free roll probably covers the tx fees.

Two BTC TRANSACTIONS. Not 2 BTC. And the TX fees are for deposit AND withdraw. That's two transactions (assuming botter tries to use the same BTC for all of their 1000s of accounts which obviously they would want to do). It would take far longer than a week to recoup the TX fees on 1000s of accounts. Probably more like several years, if not a few decades depending upon how many accounts they try to make. This is why the deposit amount itself is completely irrelevant and anyone who says otherwise is a complete moron (including TheQuack). The only thing the deposit amount actually does is entice LEGIT users to deposit and LOSE that deposit via the dice game. Thats all it does. It doesnt actually do anything to deter multi-account botters at all. They could lower it to 1 sat deposit and multi-account botters STILL wouldnt do it unless they only used a few accounts which is purpose defeating. In order to make it worth while, there has to be well over 5000 accounts. Thats at LEAST 10000 TX fees. Shit adds up. Fast.

I just want to wish all of the Freebitco.in people a prosperous 2019. I hope we will see the new site in this year and that we would finally get rid of all the bots.
Freebitco.in has been a part of my life for many years now and it feels like it has become part of my life now. I cannot go one day without accessing the site and also browsing this thread for the latest news.
Let's have great 2019!!!

Happy New year to you both and all our customers. It's great to see so many of you who have been with us for years still here. I do wish there was some way to finally get rid of all the bots but I know that will never be possible. It's just case of making it more difficult for them and then some give up and go and find somewhere easier to exploit. When there is any news on the rebrand I'll update you all in this thread. I know you all been waiting a long time to hear more but wetsuit hasn't been able to find the time to get on with the coding. Now I'm taking on more of the day to day management he should be able to dedicate more time to development and you should see the results of that early this year.

I just noticed that someone with just 593 tickets won 0.69 BTC in the latest lottery round: Great Christmas present for someone! This made me buy 800 tickets right away. I also want to wish all the best in the New Year to all the Freebitco.in team! May the 2019 be a year full of success for you and for your customers!

Its to bad none of those "user id's" can be verified as real accounts lmfao. It's the one loophole in their lottery that exists for them to exploit. Every once in a while they allow a REAL account to win it and then that user usually comes here lookin for more by posting for the $5 reward. But for the most part, I fully believe none of those accounts are actually real now that they've been proven to be a scam site in the scam accusations forum.

His reply: winning the lottery It's everyone's hope, although this lottery doesn't hold much of a winning at the moment 0.7 BTC is nice but it's not as nice as winning an actual lottery. lottoland have a 237000 BTC jackpot at the moment, I've never bought at ticket but it does look interesting (however they don't accept bitcoin ).
