There are a few possibilities here with Freebitco.in.

#1 - It is business as usual, and the few issues seen in this thread are isolated. Don't forget, they have tens or hundreds of thousands of active users, and what we're saying here is a very tiny percentage having issues.
#2 - The quinn is ill, or has other life problems. The worrying thing is the absolute lack of contingency plans they have in place if this is the case. This is what always worried me about these guys, despite the fact they are long standing and handle millions and millions of dollars worth of Bitcoin, they are a tiny amateur operation. If shit hits the fan (assuming it already hasn't), then they have nothing in place to ensure the safety of users funds. As I said before, if the two people who operate the site got hit by a bus tomorrow, everyone can kiss their funds goodbye.
#3 - The third option is that shit has already hit the fan, user base could be dwindling and the site may no longer be making a sufficient profit to make it sustainable. Who knows, maybe the Quinn has already jumped ship and the site is as good as abandoned already. Or, if there is serious financial difficulty with them, it's possible this is the beginning of the end and users should strongly consider withdrawing all their money.

I hate to speculate like, but their lack of response is quite worrying. I would strongly consider anybody who has a substantial amount of Bitcoin on freebitco.in to consider withdrawing some if not all of their stack, it has become very clear that your funds are not insured, or even safe should the site or the only 2 "staff" behind it run into problems. I withdraw 90% of mine months ago because the Quinns absolutely awful response to my questions regarding users funds safety. I am strongly thinking of withdrawing the rest of it (which is still a decent amount) just to be safe. For me, the 4% annual interest is simply no longer worth the risk.

The situation with this service reminds me of what happened with cloudbet back in the day. Their once awesome representative suddenly stopped responding to the issues in the forum to this date. The only difference is that they (Freebitco.in) are still advertising and promoting in the forum. IMO it does not help that much if they keep having such unanswered complaints in various threads and scam accusations which definitely affects their trust ratings. It's more like no work done promotion wise.

What is happening to this casino, the issue of scam accusations are getting out of hand and they are many like those who have not resolved their cases can know from acryptouser2017 to know how he resolved his case. And also contact the representative and present your cases so can forward them to the company management to resolve. The casino is still running smoothly based on their lottery while there’s no much issue reported here aside from these isolated case so I doubt this is what happening right now.

You're right but it's not anymore a matter of big players being able to regularly beat the house and draining out platform's funds actually, it's about risks of closing the doors of the platform without warning, and exiting with part of customers funds. This risk doesn't seem to be the same as the one it use to be for me, casino representatives are quiet since several weeks now and nobody knows why, sadly. This is starting to become a bit concerning IMO, so personally I wouldn't say to someone else it is worth 5% APY to leave large amount of funds there, especially if they can't afford to lose them.

There is something wrong with their email service. I am not getting emails for when my locked token periods reach expiration. Since our premium transaction history isn’t updated in real time, I was relying on the data from the emails to keep track of my profits on a spreadsheet. I have actually not made a profit yet, after 3 years, but it was still nice to have data available to determine how much longer I need until I can finally divest from their token without such a huge loss.

Something is clearly going wrong and the community which has trusted them with their BTC deserve some answers.

They could easily make a statement saying they are upgrading their servers or something and that’s why they have problems with emails and the lottery. By staying silent it only creates speculation that they might be in the process of exit scamming.
