Funny story: tried to access my account from where I live (Portugal) like always without any vpn or similar. Cannot anymore, reset password, received the email and tried again no luck. Try to reset 2FA says I am not using same ISP from previous time. Then installed VPN and tried a couple of world locations just to check and found that last access to my account was made in LA area using a local ISP. Never been to the US in my life. Tried to ask them to reset it by showing these findings, response was that they cannot... Lost confidence in the crypto world... Best of luck to everyone.

I think you should be happy that they even replied to you.
In my case, they never responded to my emails — even when my account was still active and without any issues.

Once I sent them an email asking to cancel a BTC withdrawal, but they never replied and processed it immediately. Unfortunately, the amount (0.0003 BTC) was below the exchange’s minimum deposit requirement (0.0005 BTC), so I completely lost those coins. The payout was instant those days.

I also had problems with WoF and received no response. And now, with my account completely blocked, I still haven’t gotten any reply.

Sadly, Freebitco seems far from what it used to be in its golden days. As one of the very first premium membership users at the highest level, I honestly expected better communication and support.

This is most likely how it will be. We are not interested in tales about long wallet synchronization, since we know how it works and solving any problems from scratch is solved in a week.
Even agreeing that they are clumsy and cannot normally synchronize a Bitcoin wallet. But when will they deal with fan tokens? What about their clumsiness there too?
As the user wrote, they withdrew the funds to Binance. So everything is fine with the wallet, since they could withdraw the funds.
They are pulling the wool over our eyes, nothing more. That's it, the site is screwed.

Then, before they die, they will write only one phrase: "We screwed up with the site, but you are suckers, because we earned from you as much as we need for a comfortable pension."

I'll say this, that support guy has got some fucking balls on him, coming here after over a month of no withdrawals, makes a quick message about "re syncing" a wallet and then disappears again.

Are they paying this guy? Worse customer support ever.

I don't see that In my account either. Maybe he was referring to email notifications as he was trying to reset and log in?

Under the profile section, there is nothing like log in sessions or active log in. Funny thing, I was curious, and I wanted to check out my account and didn't even login. I just accessed as though it was previously saved on my browser without any log in prompts.

If they had problems with their wallet on September 2, then it may still be in the process of synchronization. However, if nothing changes after a week or two, then we can assume that they lied and were stalling for time.

Those guys know what they are doing and this is a simple fact, issues didn't stand today, or the day they announced they are having issues with their wallet, there have several other issues, they platform started having issue since late 2023, they never announced a damn thing, all through 2024, what they were doing was like solve a problem, then create another to simply frustrate their users.

Personally, I've lost trust for freebitco completely, I've long taken all my money out of the casino and won't be depositing again except until I see some significant changes and commitment from them, and assuming the make the platform to start operating normal again like it was way back, I will still allow them to operate like one to two years to indeed confirm they are not trying to get deposits and the run away finally.

Their representative has been inactive for a long time; I don't know if they logged in recently. The players have no way to reach freebitco.in and ask to fix the problems and refund the players.

I tried to research if there's other forum or platform on where freebitco.in posting their updates but it seems that they focus only here. But I wonder why there are still people not aware about the latest situation happening.

But to bad for them to experience those bad situation and maybe they should learn from this then don't gamble on a casino like this if they still have lots of running issues.

Having discussion about those situation happened could help other people especially for those doing their own research to know if there's something bad happening with this site.

If one of the mods / owners of bitcointalk got involved they could hand over his IP address, but maybe he's connecting from a VPN, TOR or other external service, so might not be reliable.
Technically they can do it, but they won't to it. Scam aussations isn't moderated here and staff don't get involved into it. But getting their IP address most likely wouldn't help and wouldn't prove anything. I'm sure that Freebitco.in is hiding their traces and it won't be that easy to find them.

Even if they have the data, unfortunately I doubt they will credit you your money anyways. They have been having many problem with withdrawals and liquidity. I suspect it is something which was generated because of what they decided to do with their FUN token.
Anyways, regardless all this messy situation, I hope you can get your money back. Next time you decide to deposit money onto sole casino or service in general, check the feedback it's community is giving, so you won't get scammed or get your funds frozen.

That's right, Hispo. It's pathetic what's happening with this site, which I'm sure most of us on the forum have used at one time or another. For many, it was even their first contact with Bitcoin, playing the free roll. As things stand, and they haven't stopped getting worse, only a miracle can get the casino back to normal. And the bad thing is that I don't believe in miracles, much less in gambling.


If this casino manages to get back on track and started to give withdrawals to all their gamblers who ask for their money, it would meet a destiny of lack of liquidity regardless of the good intentions, it would be like those bank runs we have seen many times in history when people is afraid of losing their money forever, even big casinos would have difficulties to handle their bakroll if everyone asked their money back and they did not have their reputation to calm people down and continue to receive money satoshis.
The fact this casino managed to ruin their reputation is solely their fault or the fault of the alleged new administration which acquired it.

I don't believe in miracles when comes to casinos which do not longer have trust from it's community, the best the administration of this casino can do is selling it to a company or group with liquidity and enough money to give people their tokens and satoshis, slowly building the trust back.

At this point I think the OGs like me are here documenting the death of for what was a long time an amazing project. I started my Bitcoin Journey with freebitco. The website was responsible for some of my happiest days and provided me a huge lifeline during covid.

I'm sad to see that the leadership behind the scenes is failing not only their clientele, but the world.

I can only hope some other project formed here or elsewhere will continue the legacy in some way.

The simple education of how to use Bitcoin with some carrots and games was the perfect way to make it fun, interesting, and useful.

I doubt with us at the "rug pull" phase that it will return to trustworthiness.

I'm just hoping that more peoples bitcoin withdrawals will be honored as we go forward. However we are now approaching the hard wall of the site renewal.

Anyone reading this please report any changes so we can help anyone looking here for information.

Helping inform my local community about BTC since 2017.

I'm sure that Freebitco.in is hiding their traces and it won't be that easy to find them.

Throughout its existence, has anyone ever tried to figure out where the Freebitcoin team is based? Many people didn't care as long as Freebitcoin was operating normally.
Incidentally, for many years, Freebitcoin didn't even have a ToS, and only recently they added a template ToS stating that the Freebitcoin website is operated and owned by FBC BV.
It's noteworthy that finding any information about this company is quite difficult. Nevertheless, it can be assumed that they are registered and based in Curacao. At least, this conclusion can be drawn based on a formal warning issued by the Australian regulator at the end of last year. The address of FBC BV is listed there as “Emancipatie Boulevard Dominico F. ‘Don’ Martina 31, Curaçao.”
