On startup, a log file could be created and whenever a button is clicked, and before any API call, a line to the debug file is written. If CAT closes normally, it deletes or renames the log file. But, upon start, if an old file is found and the user agrees, its tail (last X lines) should be zipped and sent over the network to Sampey's email.
Btw. cryptsy seems to be fine now, some coins returned yesterday and I am back in gain, the error console contains mostly network errors and only one lost order. Using v2.5 :-)

Oh it's no good to send something from your PC to mine, i want only to have Your PC VS Cryptsy API 
I Will write a dedicate market log in the next release.
But 99% of current problems will disappears when Cryptsy return fast as usual.

Furthermore, when can we expect a working estimated portfolio value? I would like to sell all my altcoins after 24 hours so I can every day determine what my BTC balance is.

When you put new orders, they start living in the new markets conditions.
It's easier to make more Gain with this technique. But i don't know if is safer.

I Can tell only 1 thing : for many days i have made ROI of 0.15-0.25 and i have lose it by market devaluation. BUT numbers of my altocoin was growing day by day.

I am using sell all % of -15 and have 10 markets open with each 10% of my BTC balance in buy/sell orders and then letting it stand for 24 hours. If i would use 5% of my BTC and then after 12 hours adding another 5% in buy/sell orders would I get around the same return but will it be safer against price moving down?

When you put new orders, they start living in the new markets conditions.
It's easier to make more Gain with this technique. But i don't know if is safer.

I Can tell only 1 thing : for many days i have made ROI of 0.15-0.25 and i have lose it by market devaluation. BUT numbers of my altocoin was growing day by day.

I understand C.A.T is not a sure thing to increase BTC but does however work to increase altcoins! And I think for that C.A.T works great!
With regards to my second question, do you have any idea when you will add an accurate estimated portfolio value and sell all function?

CAT Beta 8 have a more accurate portfolio value.
But the words "Estimated" will remain because the formula is always :

BTC Amount +
Sum(Of All BTC Market Alt Curr * lastMarketPrice)+
Sum(Of All Only-LTC Market Alt Curr * lastMarketPrice)+
Sum(Of All Only-XPM Market Alt Curr * lastMarketPrice)

And the problem is always the lastMarketPrice, but i have no other way to estimate a value.

In the new version there's the conversion between your single altcurrency and BTC Value : ex 60 LTC = 1.7 BTC. This is a function Cryptsy doesn't have.

What do you mean for "Sell All?"
A function on Market Algo that complete all orders returning to BTC Value?
and the final result will be 0 Altcurrency and all BTC?

If yes, i will add this in the new features, but i must think about the best way to write this kind of code.

CAt would work great for me I think if:

1) Zombie trades/hangs didn't leave me in bad open positions
and
2) I could figure out how to work it better!  Leaving at 1% aggressive I thought was pretty simple but it keeps buying me in to coins right at the peak and leaving me holding the bad.  I've got over 1btc of alt coins that are nowhere near their buy price... in some cases less than 1/2 what I bought for.

I wish I was smart enough to figure it out better.

The same holds for me, I have about 18 pending sales order with some of them quite a lot under market price. I reckon most of them will get filled in the long run.

A question to Sampey; If I have a total gain of .2 in C.A.T but my estimated portfolio on cryptsy is the same, does that mean that the overal BTC price of my altcoins have decreased .2 in value due to market devaluation?

Would be nice to have a big green go button to start up the platform once launched.

Also, would be nice to see all running algos in a single page (start, stop, modify) without having to click on the tabs.

I think this could be merged into the first tab page (the secondary layer of tabs on the second page gets very cluttered when working with multiple currencies).

First column a plus indicator (for making settings).
Second column Name, label, volume, high, low, difference. Column shows algo status, running, stopped (red/green/yellow - for errors) Rest of the columns to the right.

Click on the plus indicator, panel opens inline, and shows view with the 3 tabs from the My Open Markets.

Also, as a bug (Windows 8.1 Java 7 r45 jre) - when opening multiple panels in from markets lookups, it gets to the point where the scroll bar disappears behind the container window. Seems like the first tab's container is extended when the second tab's container is lengthened.
