Why did you call you handicap bet an arbitrage bet? I can only guess that you placed an opposite kind of bet on some other sportsbook or am I missing something.
In that case, Cloudbet doesn't seem to mind arbitrage betting.

I believe that this was largely a case of wrong words and not ill will on anybody. Whenever arbitrage is brought up, there is a fast reaction due to the fact that certain sportsbooks limit or nullify accounts in case they suspect that strategy. One should seek clarification but not as an accusation. True arbitrage and odds changing since a bet are not one and the same. We also can not make a true evaluation of the position of Cloudbet based on a single reply in a forum. It was good the explanation cleared the way and made progress in all at the place.

If this is telegram, maybe change your number and omit/change your username. It'd be nice if telegram has a quick button to block PMs from non-contacts that isn't paywalled.

Yeah we aren't affiliated with these telegram scammers but they love to use us because we are a trusted casino that has been around for a long time.

This is provably happen all the time and I think he's aware of those situation happening on those apps. Maybe he just got pissed off on those messages he receive that's why he said those things.

Common reason why I don't bother reading those message sent by unknown people sending a dm first because for sure the intention of those people is to try to scam us.

So if people have a problem, much better if they raised it directly on their support to avoid receiving unwanted messages and they could able to talk directly with their representatives.
