Got my wallet fixed after having to redownload the block 3 times when will payouts be unlocked ?
When they are done fixing the problem. Nice to know. But if the fix isn't reasonably quick... the fixer is often part of the problem. :-/ So let's have a move on.

MC, I had a problem with my payment today. Check PM for details. Hi Petervii, Thanks for your report. I've looked into it for you, and the transaction mentioned in your PM was successful. I've sent you the blockexplorer link to the transaction in a PM. A little background: After submitting a transaction to the network, it needs to be verified through inclusion in the blockchain. While a new block is found every 10 minutes on average, some blocks take quite a bit longer. In this case, it took 50 minutes between your payment request and the time the next block was found by the Bitcoin network. That might be why you could not find a reference to the payment. Hope this helps, MC

Do you have any idea why ABCpool is not on the hashrate chart on bitcoincharts.com? At >700 Ghs it should be there somewhere in the middle.

They don't publish block stats because some or all of the work is proxied to real pools.

One of my IPs constantly locked out, something wrong with your strange ip blocking policy. I have only 2 PC with 3 cards (total) mining (cgminer 2.4.1) from same ip (router with NAT). I think it's not acceptable. If you want to look to this issue there are my login: classic729

I'm having a similar problem, 16 workers for about 4.2 GH/s. Mostly 5xxx series cards. Guiminer on openCL for 12 workers, and phx on linuxcoin for 4. All on the same IP though. I was just blocked for the first time today, so maybe it was a temporary glitch? user gmannn One of my IPs constantly locked out, something wrong with your strange ip blocking policy. this is why walls of text aren't good page design No offense, but if you can't read, what are you doing on a forum? ETA: My point here is that a forum is both a wall of text and a website.

Temporary block. You are requesting too much getworks per submitted share. This can happen if you run a CPU miner or a botnet, or in certain cases with Phoenix miner. The ratio is dynamic to keep average pool effiency at a certain level, so you may try mining again later. I've been getting this over the last few days. I've been mining for months and this just started.

I've been mining for months and this just started. Thanks for your reports. We've been getting more reports of seemingly random blocking recently, so we've taken another look at the blocking mechanism. The increase in FPGA mining caused the pool to become stricter in enforcing blocks. An additional constraint has now been added, again making it less likely for well-behaved miners to be penalized like this. Don't hesitate to PM us if you still feel you're being blocked without misbehaving. Happy hashing, MC

Of course, be wary of what pools you use as backup pools. The idea of a backup pool is a reliable fall back when your main pools fails. However, if the backup pool blocks your access while it is just a backup ... well ...

That's why one backup isn't enough. I have 3...

A few months ago I pointed 6 or 7 of my workers to ABCPool. Everything went perfectly fine for a while, when suddenly, one day I opened my account to see that my workers were blocked from the pool temporarily. The pool said that I might be running a botnet. Thinking it was just some snag I waited out the bans, which expired after some time and my workers resumed mining. After a couple of hours they got blocked again. That's when I pulled them off ABCPool and returned to my usual pools. Currently I'm mining with my workers in some other private pools and p2pool.
Thing is, if I point my miners back at ABCPool, what are the odds of this happening again? And what might have caused it in the first place?
Every worker exits through the same IP BTW.
[edit] Nevermind, I see this has been asked before.

Does ABC support donation less that 1%?
The scale shows 0-100% and if I try to do a value less that 1% then it changes it to 1%. If that is the minimum, you should just update the page and state that clearly. Please advise
