Bounty hunters should be paid in ETH

Many of ICOs allocate some of the tokens to participants in bounty campaigns. Don't you think it is better to give bounty participnats reward in ETH?
1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Also, it can cause more investors to attract. Because they are no longer worry about the price fall after bounties are paid.

It is less risky for the ico team to dedicate tokens from the sold tokens pool into the bounty because the token only has a market value after it is listed on exchanges.

However, regulatory changes could soon have token allocation for bounties ruled out. So you might see ETH bounties at some point this year.

This is certainly very good for bounty hunters.Some funds of generosity are too large to spread in the eth.The project does not suffer from generosity, but only from the secondary market. If pay eth, it will be directly.

In my opinion, bounty hunters will never be paid in ETH. Because they have calculated and made an allocation for bounty. I think 1-2% will not have a big effect on the market, and not all bounty hunters are immediately selling the tokens they get. Some are holding back to get the best price.

Hmmm! This is deep enough to think about though. I’ve being participating in the bounty campaign for some months and already had little experience too which I would say it’s less risky for Dev team to pay the campaigners with some percentage from their tokens than paying with ETH. #justmyopinion

There are some reasons they do not pay ETh for bounty hunters. Number 1: They want people to exchange their token. No one project wants their token not exchanged. The exchange made that project successful or failed. If they are rewarded with ETH, I think their token will not be valid. 2nd: if they pay by ETH. I am sure the pool will be very little. and they will receive very little bonus

Well if there was a choice, take payment in the ETH or tokens. But we must understand that in their tokens bounty campaigns will pay you more, because they cost nothing to them.

No, it is totally bad idea, you should be so thankful for free tokens and do not complain about that.

Don't expect that marketers of their own specific product would give you fiat cash instead of their own product for free sampling. Let's assume it like there is a free sampling of soup, they could've just given me cashthat is equal to the product they're promoting at for me to be convinced to buy from them which I know that they doubt that I will use it to buy from them. Just like in airdops, put it in that "free sampling situation". Why would they give you tokens instead of ETH? Does it make sense, OP?

if they must pay in eth then they cant give so many for bounties, giving own tokens is easier since they dont need to pay real money or eth. The good one why still be paid in tokens is that they can spike,if project is good enough. Right now im doing Egretia bounty,very promising blockchain and i dont want to be paid in eth, i want Egretia coins,because this project will be huge

Actually it is very interesting, but i don't know, i feel bounty hunter is on lose position, if paid with ETH, it would be a lot of devotees.

I think a lot of bounty hunters who want to get paid using token than ETH, because the price of these tokens can exceed the ETH price they received ,,, but besides that there is also a risk because many Tokens are sold in the market, and even some whose prices fall below the price ICO after entering the market ...will be very loss if the developers pay the bounty hunter using eth ...

of course everyone wants a stable rate for the work they do. however the problem lies in the project owners. they are the mobilization of capital, and most do not have too much money to pay for the bounty campaign.

If you ask most bounty hunters, they will prefer to be rewarded with ethereum payment instead of ico tokens. I will choose eth payment as far as i am concern.
Also this will evacuate the fair of the token being dumped after paying bounty hunter but i will not say more it will attract more investors because token are dump by investors also due to outrageous bonus being offered during ico from presele to crowdsale.
