Before you go and blow a major hole in somebody's reputation, you've got to make damn sure you're right.   I didn't release EpicThomas' real world name in the beginning because I wasn't 100% sure I had the right guy until later on.  Hopefully Graviton is doing the same thing.  I recommend patience for a few days.

This. I'm surprised that it even needs to be spelled out like this.

But...Graviton was asking for trouble when he said the account belongs to a "well known and respected member of the Nxt community." That's like waving a bloody steak in front of rabid gossip hounds.

I've been thinking about this some more.  I take back complimenting myself that I've isolated the truth down to "scenario 3 - unknown new hacker".  Anything is possible and we should not start locking ourselves in to thinking the simple answer is the right one.  Whoever withdrew that NXT has had weeks to think about how they were going to do it.  There are lots of ways set up a false flag operation in that time.   It could be anybody, including EpicThomas.   We may never know.

Is there a manual somewhere how to set up Nxt on a cubietruck?
runs "out of box" on the cubie. Just install and update with latest NXT version. (I haven't come around to have it auto-update itself yet)

BTW, behold here a quick shot of my solar cubie Wink

PIC

I'll follow up with more info soon

 Shocked

That's fantastic, great Job!

Now make a manual for this on Nxt Wiki and put in some nice pictures.

want it Shocked

This is

a) brilliant and beautiful
b) a very good promo pic.

@NxtChoice: Better remove the protective screen from the case plates, so it actually becomes transparent Smiley

No, seriously, what kind of output such a tiny solar panel has? Especially on a cloudy day like in the picture.

What are you using it for?

It's a high-weight hallmark NXT node (raspnxt.hopto.org).

The panel has an output of 3-4W in direct sunlight. That'd be more than enough to run the cubie at full load with full core clock. However, below the panel (in the badass cardboard case I made Cheesy) is a 2Ah LiPoly that acts as a buffer. I also use external power from a USB hub now that it's winter, but in summer this should be capable of running autonomously with some more tweaks and lower clocks.

What do you think about running android on it?
Which Linux would be the best to run on a cubietruck? (I have absolutely no experience with linux at all)

I installed lubuntu on cubietruck. It's great.

One thing is that apparently the openjdk has not been updated with the latest java. So I kept getting errors during execution until I re-flashed the OS from stock and just installed JRE u51 directly (a little more complicated). Also there were a lot of little steps, such as enabling wifi, downloading ntp to sync the system clock so you will be +-15s of the network, turning off the LEDs on startup, etc. I knew almost nothing about linux distros, and in about 3-4 hours I finally figured out everything (mostly the java thing, wasn't sure what was causing the execution errors) and learned a lot about it. Plus, I don't have to worry about keyloggers/trojans if I do all my NXT finance stuff on the cubieboard, so IMO it's worth the peace-of-mind.

My node has been up since then without a reset or crash (not counting updating to newest version), this was like two weeks ago, so good job devs on making the client super stable!

POS is the future, imagine if you spend $20k on Nxt instead of mining rigs, you get valuable Nxt and forging abilities.  POW is so archaic.

OK, you don't have to rush, we need as much info as possible. Many numbers too. And pictures. Maybe you know some Pro / half Pro photographer, who could make some really cool photos. If we had them in 10 days, that would be fantastic.

thanks

what I meant was if TF code will be release in April before being fully implemented?

I doubt we will have TF code 100% ready in April.

TF Phase 1 is in effect now, and
TF Phase 2 will be enabled @47000, so
TF Phase 3 will be enabled @*****,
TF Phase 4 will be enabled @*****,
TF Phase 5 will be enabled @******?

Last phase requires a big infrastructure with hubs and service providers.

Come-from-Beyond

1. How i can get all orders for specific asset in the one query?
I get all orders and do filter it by assetId now.
Is there a better way?

2. What is quantity in issue asset request (174 in first row upper table)?

3. I bought a few items. How can I see what I bought and for how much?
