Netcodepool is in LTC mining since 1.5 years. They are migrating to better servers that are enterprise level.

Not to mention the fact that auto-payout has been working all day. Got several 20k payouts the last 13 hours.

I'm quite sure I still haven't gotten an auto-payout from netcodepool that I should have had already.

And I'm quite sure that I've got only two thirds of the coins I've mined today at Netcodepool.

I've read other articles in reference to the PBOC rulings and Wenzhou(a city/province) was where a large portion of the investing was originating for BTC.
